Jason and his wife were lovely hosts and went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. The RV may have been a later model but was well maintained and operated beautifully. A great experience!

Flying in from Toronto to Calgary, renting the motorhome was a fantastic experience to see the the incredible sights that west coast has to offer. We had originally booked an other RV through another host however they cancelled our booking. We found Jason and Jessica’s post and right from the beginning, dealing with them was absolutely fantastic. They were quick to respond and super helpful throughout the booking process. At first, I was a little hesitant in driving a motorhome through the mountains but after driving this for a week, I was quite surprised. It’s an older RV but seemed rock solid and was amazing to maneuver and get around the high traffic areas like Banff and surrounding areas like, Lake Louise and Moraine lake. We enjoyed it so much, we started looking for Motorhomes to buy-lol. Overall I would highly recommend dealing with Jason and Jessica. They are wonderful people to deal with and to hear some of their stories of how they are giving back to the community was inspiring. Thank you Jason and Jessica giving us memories of a lifetime! We took our family (2 adults and 1 - 9 year old and 1 - 6 year old) around several different landscapes of Alberta, including Dinosaur Provincial Park, Calgary city and Banff National Park). The unit is a 2006 so it is after all 18 years old at this point. It also has the better of 270,000kms on the engine. And I am not really a Ford man but hear me out. For the age and mileage of this unit, it far out-performs expectation. I never felt there was going to be any trouble with the engine. We traversed both the Kicking Horse and Bow Passes and of course the engine geared down but it kept speed the whole time, with no indication that the engine was headed to trouble. Again, given the age and mileage - this shows an incredible attention and care to engine maintenance. The cab itself looks like you are driving off the lot in 2006. As a renter this should inspire confidence. There was some wear and tear on the interior but still very well appointed for camping. And while our family appreciates this type of character for our adventures, I would probably say that the interior approaches rustic. However, we were all very comfortable eating, sleeping and being a family. All the wear and tear is cosmetic and from use. Everything important works well which is consistent with the maintenance of the engine. The hosts are incredible in terms of support to the point of generous. Our expectation for reply (if not marked ‘urgent’) would be 24 hours. This benchmark was met on every occasion prior to the trip and within 4 hours (and mostly much faster) while on the trip. I don’t think anything else could reasonably be expected. I will also mention, although I don’t think this should be expected, that we had some issues with return flights and were scrambling to just find a way home. The hosts actually offered to drive us as a family to the airport from our drop off point. I don’t think this should be the expectation but really speaks to the character of these people and that their priority is to make sure you have best experience that they are able to manage. In fact, I will take this opportunity to thank them for all their support and hope that they continue to rent to people.

The owners were really great and easy to work with and even picked me up near the airport. However, the unit was much older than I expected. Friends of ours rented a different RV at the same time as us, paid the same amount, and had a much better RV than we did. We also had a very difficult time communicating with the owners as they don't check the messaging app often.

Jason's attention to detail and thoughtful touches made our trip even more special. He included maps, guides, and personal recommendations for must-see spots and hidden gems in Jasper and Banff. His knowledge of the area was invaluable, and we discovered some incredible places that we might have missed otherwise. Throughout our journey, Jason was just a phone call away, ready to assist with any questions or concerns. His friendly and approachable nature made us feel supported and reassured, knowing that we had a reliable point of contact during our trip. We absolutely loved our motorhome adventure and are already planning our next trip. Jason's exceptional service and the quality of the motorhome made this an experience we'll cherish forever. If you're looking to explore the stunning beauty of Jasper and Banff, I highly recommend renting from Jason. You won't be disappointed.

We traveled Banff from Calgary. The owners were very kind and responded well with details whenever I had questions. It was clean and they prepared enough stuffs including towels, papers and etc. All appliances are working well including microwave. Manual document has been provided and written clearly. They drop off the motorhome at the place where I could pick it up. it was convenient. the motorhome was shaken a bit when we drove fast but we could manage the speed.

Second time renting this trailer and it served us well again.

We had such a great experience with this RV and hosts. It was the perfect camper for our family of 4 to travel around the Canadian Rockies for a couple of weeks. The RV was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive and friendly. We covered a lot of territory and hit 6 national parks with all types of weather. No issues at all. Such a great way to travel as a family.

Great communication, all our question were answered promptly. It is an older RV but very clean and definitely great value. We had an amazing time.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Majestic. If they were any issues or concerns, Jessica was a great host always quick to reply to our questions. Alberta and BC is beautiful, highly recommend an RV to tour them. Such a fun family holiday to remember.

Jason and his wife were fabulous to deal with. Great service and response to every question, and full attention to all of our needs! The trailer was fabulous - there was lots of room for the two of us! Unfortunately a part broke on the trailer cutting our trip short by a day as we couldn't haul it to our next camping location, but Jason came and retrieved the trailer and issued a refund for the day we lost, which we really appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to rent the trailer again from Jason. Two thumbs up on this rental!

Great layout. Owners were great and responsive. Trailer doesn’t have awning and the table is a little wobbly but otherwise clean.

This unit has lots of storage and worked well for our family of 5. Very helpful owners and great communication.

Thank you. I appreciate the work made done to make our RV glamping a reality! I appreciate the open conversations prior to and upon booking completion. There were some changes from the ad, so we discussed updating the ad and hey things happen... and I missed one update in the chat. Again, they are great to talk to, so ask your questions and talk it out. We appreciated the friendly setup and patience in demoing the generator. The best part was the stocked and functional kitchen (which had dishes and other supplies) and the comfortable Queen bed. Take care.

Jessica and Jason were extremely professional and friendly. They had a very efficient pick up procedure and responded to emails and texts promptly. Their trailer was in great condition and very clean. With COVID 19 still very much a reality I was not concerned in any way with using this rental. I would definitely use their services again,.

Jessica and Jason are very nice it was pleasure dealing with them, the RV was also great. It was clean and everything worked really, I would highly recommend anyone interested in renting a good clean RV.

The Owners were very nice and very thorough and covered off all the trailer set up features very well. Everything worked well and I had now issues at all. Great little trailer for camping. Nice and light weight so makes it easy to tow. The owners were very friendly and accommodating you can tell they take pride in their camper and keep it very clean. Lovely to deal with. I would reccomend!

For the age of the RV it done us well, a few little things inside the RV needs attention, but again due to age that is expected

The hosts are amazing people, they reply to request faster and more efficiently than most of the big RV rental companies and are always available to help. Thumbs up on this matter for sure! They also reimbursed tire and tooling costs. However we did have a considerable amount of issues with the RV, though. It felt like it's been a long time since a proper maintenance was done in it. Or maybe it was bad luck, but to name a few: - there was no sway bar included, - electrical wiring was misplaced, - wasn't able to use a microwave with a 2400W generator because even after switching the general off the water heater was still using 1900W by itself. Leaving not enough power for the microwave. - AC switch was dropping during night - AC very loud - gray tank leaking - shower box leaking underneath - structure of the shower flooring sinking as we step and about to break - tire blew during trip and when we went to change it, there was no Jack or wrench in the unit. Ended up having to call the insurance and be on the road for 2 hours just to change a tire. At the end it felt like we were working around too many issues with the RV. As a summary, great people, but the RV was not as great.
