About Dean

Dean is super conscientious and helpful - he thinks of everything you might need and has it in his rigs. Honest fair and helpful would deal with him anytime

A perfect RV for two retirees traveling around Cape Breton. The bed was very comfortable which could ruin a vacation if it wasn’t. Everything provided we needed. Perfectly stocked. Dean was a wonderful host.

The hosts were easy to communicate with and were very nice. The van was comfortable and clean. They were flexible with the pick up and drop off times which was extremely appreciated. We will be renting from them again!

Amazing experience renting with Dean! His tour of the van and its features was thorough and informative. The van was in immaculate condition. Very clean and modern. We spent 4 days camping out on Cape Breton and it was spectacular. Highly recommend this rental!

This camper suited us very well, compact and efficient but easy to drive. Dean and his family thought of everything that would be required so camping was a breeze. Picking it up, and returning worked well. All in all a fun and memorable time was had while we drove the Cape Breton loop!

Super friendly hosts, RV had everything we needed and more for our trip. Would absolutely book with them again!

Great experience from the start until the very end. Camper was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and it made our Atlantic vacation unforgettable!

I camped with my 12 year old daughter for just over a week. This camper van was perfect. We are frequent campers with our own pop up camper, so we have our camping systems dialed in and our expectations are high. Driving: this van drives like a comfortable truck. The seats are nice for long drives, gas mileage is good, rear camera is great to have. It’s small enough to fit in standard size parking spots, even in city situations. Camping: Very comfortable. This van has everything you need- even a few things I hadn’t thought about in my own set up. The solar provides more power than you need- even on consecutive rainy days. Even though it is packed with essentials, there is plenty of room for luggage and groceries. The on demand faucet and water tank are great to have. I’m suspicious of camp refrigerators staying cold enough to keep food safe, so I brought a thermometer- it stayed the programmed temp for the entire trip. Sleeping: The van came with bedding that was appropriate for the weather. That combined with the overhead fan kept us at a great sleeping temp. The mattress is memory foam and more comfortable than most camper mattresses. The bed size worked for my daughter and I, but a tall person would not be able to fully extend their legs in this bed. Communication: the owners were easy to book with, gave a great walk through and were prompt in answering our questions while we had the van. Tip: Many camping areas in Nova Scotia have poor cell service. We found that reception was much better if we kept phones in the cab of the van, probably due to the extra insulation in the rear. Nova Scotia is a great place for road tripping, and this camper van made it super easy.

We had a great time touring Nova Scotia in Dean’ and Tessa’s camper van and would highly recommend booking with East Coast Getaway! We’ll definitely book with you guys again!! Thanks Dean and Tessa!!

Really enjoyed the experience of traveling in a campervan. Although ended up being more money than expected, it was everything we were looking for.

I really loved that we didn’t have to worry about the limitations of mileage. No daily limit and no prepaid mileage purchase. My daughter and I enjoyed driving to PEI,Cabot trail and Lunenburg.

Very nice van. Fully equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Dean and her wife were very friendly and quick in their responses.

Host was very kind, great communication, explained everything well; overall a perfect experience with Dean. Would totally recommend. The van was fitted with everything that’s needed and it was very simple to operate.

Dean was super friendly & thought of all the small details that made our trip fun and comfortable. Communication was prompt, and we really appreciated his flexibility regarding pick-up and drop-off times.

Dean and his wife were excellent host they explained everything we needed to know. They were very easy to deal with. We had a great time I would recommend them to anyone Thanks again 👍🏼

Great adventure! We were impressed with the cleanliness and ease of operation with this conversion van, Dean is super helpful and was very flexible with pickup and drop off. We’re looking forward to renting from his company again!

RV was exactly as described, worked perfectly, good on gas, tons of storage and loads of necessities came with the rental!

Such a great experience!! The van is equipped with everything you need for an awesome adventure. It’s the perfect space for a couple, especially if you’re planning on bouncing between campgrounds like we did! Bring some dvds with you for a cozy movie night :)

A sweet and simple dry rig! More than ample solar power meant we were able to keep the RV fridge and over-the-bed fan running and our devices fully charged. Because it doesn't carry water storage tanks the rig remains light which helps on fuel! If you are looking for a glamping experience, this is not for you, but if you love the convenience and comfort of an RV coupled with traditional camping favourites like cooking on the tailgate on a propane stove, you will adore this van! The van is super easy to drive unlike larger rigs. The van is well-designed and thoughtfully equipped, with ample storage for your personal belongings. Dean and his wife are wonderful and helpful hosts.

Give this a go if you’re looking for something different for a getaway! Great trip and great communication from our host.

A slight delay on getting away but from then on in the experience was exactly what I was looking for and suited our needs. The van was stocked with everything one needed and more. The only items required were food, clothing and our choice to bring an umbrella. The bed was extremely comfortable. The host was very accommodating and communication easy. Pick up was easy as well as drop off. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a camper van to get away.

Camper van was absolutely amazing. Comfortable bed, tons of light, fridge, water and everything you could possibly need! Gas wasn’t much more than an suv would be. Dean is a fantastic guy and made we knew everything about the van before heading out and was great dealing with little hiccups along the way. Would recommend this way of travel (and renting through Dean) to anyone!

The experience with the RV was fantastic, dealing with Dean was great and he was very helpful. I would definitely take a trip like this again!

The unit was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. The few questions that came up on our trip were answered immediately.

We had the best time! The van was so cozy, we slept amazing! Dean and Tanis have thought of everything. It was so easy to get around and they were very helpful with directions and tips for our trip. We would rent this van again over and over that was so much fun. We called it our house.

We had a great time travelling around Cape Breton in this van! It had everything we needed and ran great. We definitely could have done a full week or more but we were happy with the time we had. Dean and Tannis were awesome and helped us out with whatever we needed. Thanks again!

We had a great time in this van. It's not big but it had all of the essentials and did everything we needed it to do. It drives nice and is easy even in tight places. The unused is well organized and the bed was very comfortable. Dean and family were great hosts we would definitely rent from them again!

Fantastic experience! Worked exactly like it should. Excellent communication from Dean, easy pick-up and drop-off. Comfortable bed, easy to drive, included all necessary equipment and bedding fresh & clean. Highly recommend.

Dean gave a thorough review of the features. Everything worked. It was a great trip with sunny warm days and some cold nights (1 degree). Definitely recommend the service. Will use again. Thanks; Leon and Pauline

This was our first time renting an RV and had a great experience with it. Everything we needed was onboard. We are planning another RV vacation for next year. Dean spent extra time with us explaining the operation of the vehicle. Thanks

We loved our weekend away in deans van! It was kitted out with all the equipment we could have possibly needed, and the mattress was super comfy.

We had an incredible time with this camper, who took us all over Nova Scotia - Cape Breton, Lunenburg and the Annapolis Valley! We’re so grateful to Dean who was highly responsive to all of our questions while we were on the road. The van is clean, comfortable, and incredibly set up with many comforts - everything you could need for a roadie and more. Highlights were the portable BBQ, the camp chairs, the French press, cooler, fresh linen, power box, and all cooking utensils. Made the van feel like home - and we are really going to miss her. Thank you so much Dean!! Highly recommend!!

Everything with the RV was great, we had everything we needed and it was all as described. Dean gave us a very thorough walk through when we picked up and we felt comfortable with all of the controls and maintenance required! Communication was great, all in all it was a GREAT experience!

Dean was really great to book with. Easy communication and flexible! The van is awesome and was perfect for our trip to the east coast! Would reccomend!

Dean was fantastic. Very helpful. Great RV with lots of extras . Highly recommend

Dean’s the man!! The van was perfect for our Nova Scotia & PEI roadtrip. Dean’s quick to respond, communicates very well and seems to genuinely care about his customers’ enjoyment, first and foremost. Overall, a great experience. He also was very accommodating at the last minute when our other rental fell through. Glad it did - because it worked out in the end

Dean was very easy to communicate with and showed us around the camper quickly ans efficiently mentioning everything one needs to know about the vehicle. He was open for suggestions and flexible for the pick-up and drop-off time. The camper was perfect for us. You had everything you needed in there without having to purchase anything else. The only two downsides are, that the bed is rather short and that even I as a rather short person (175cm /5’9”) had my feet hanging out of the bed. I can absolutely recommend both Dean as well as this specific van!

We had a fantastic time with this RV. Dean was great to deal with and the RV was clean and ran very smooth.

This RV had everything we needed for a short trip. Dean and his wife have been very accommodating and we look forward to future rentals with them! Thanks again!

The perfect camper for my weekend away! Easy to drive, and no issues in the heavy rain.

Perfect RV for 6 people of three generations to enjoy a maritime adventure! Great value for money with all the essentials included. Working with Dean could not have been easier - he is extremely helpful, quick to respond to any queries and an all round good guy!

Dean was very knowledgeable and gave me places and insight to visit. The camper was fun to drive, overall a great experience!

This was our first experience renting and it was seemless. Dean was a great communicator, very easy to deal with. He always had time to answer any questions. We would 100% recommend . Thanks for an unforgetable vacation.

I loved my Cape Breton trail experience in this van!! It had all the basics and lots of thoughtful touches. The bed is really cozy, and there’s lots of storage spaces for all your stuff. Would highly recommend!

The owners were friendly, helpful and flexible. They gave us great advice on where to go and it was a wonderful way to see Cape Breton. We appreciated the list of equipment they'd have for us to use.

Super vehicle, fully equipped, I had a superb vacation. Thank you very much

Dean and his wife were very personable and easy to communicate with. They gave a heads up that there were warning lights on in the van, this didn’t affect the performance of the vehicle, though it did leave concern if something else went wrong while we were travelling. Overall, we had an amazing camping adventure with the van, the bed was super comfortable and it had everything we needed for our East Coast camping trip! So many great memories made on the road!

Great van for our 10 day tour of Nova Scotia! We really appreciated the solar panels so we didn't need to have an electrical site. The van had everything you needed, even supplied dish soap, paper towels, aand aluminum foil. Bed was very comfortable and Dean added an extra comforter when I had asked about staying warm at night. There was a small electric heater that worked really well to keep the van warm when overnight temperatures dipped to 2-3 degrees on our last night. Dean had advised us that he had insulated the van well and it was amazing. Dean was great at going over everything in the van. His wife was very sweet when we dropped off the van.

Had a great time touring Cape Breton in this van!

I travelled solo in the Chevy and it suited my needs. I had all that I needed and the van was a pleasure to drive. Flexible pick up and drop off is handy as was the unlimited mileage which meant not worrying about how far I would be able to travel. Communication with Dean was easy and reliable. Would recommend.

Had a great trip with this campervan! Very clean and came with everything I could possibly need, including a battery booster kit that came in handy when I accidentally drained the battery. Communicating with the host (Dean) was quick & easy, and he was always very responsive to any questions I had. Would highly recommend renting from East Coast Getawats!

Nice clean comfy unit close to Halifax Airport. Dean and his Wife are easy to deal with and very helpful..Can't Go Wrong...

First time renting/using a camper van. Friendly communication. Booking process through RVEZY worked well. Everything worked well as we toured Cabot Trail. Solar feature a great asset as it was handy that we didn’t need to plug in for night. Would definitely book again when in the area.

My husband and I rented Dean’s camper van for 9 nights to travel the coastline of beautiful Nova Scotia. This is our first time doing this and we are so happy we chose to do it instead of going the hotel route. It was such an easy way to travel and take in the beautiful sights along the way then just stop when we were ready to set up camp for the night. The van was very well equipped with everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. Dean was an awesome host and communicated very well right from the time we booked the van until we dropped it off. We can’t say enough about the fantastic vacation we had. I would highly recommend doing this.

Dean is a great host! He's very friendly. Before the trip he answered all of our questions quickly. The RV was very clean and was so fun to travel in. I would definitely recommend renting from Dean.

Great van. Well equipped. Comfy bed. Good communication with the host.

It was a great experience!! Enjoyed every minutes with this camper. Everything is included and works perfectly!

Great vehicle. Was enough space for me and my girlfriend and the solar really helped. Dean was also friendly and very helpful . Thank you

We rented the camper van for 9 nights. It was an awesome way to travel around the Maritimes. The van was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for our. The hosts were very responsive to messages. It did get quite warm in there on warmer nights.

Working with Dean and Tanya was a good experience. They were prompt in getting back to us with any questions, and we pleasure to work with.

Great vehicle to use everything you need to camp is there.

We absolutely loved the van!! It was perfect for us and we will definitely rent it again next year. Dean is a super host!! There was everything we needed and more 😃 There was so many different spots we were able to stay at that we wouldn't have been able to other wise. Great experience!!

RV was more 'tired' then we expected and there were a few issues encountered. With over 270,000 KM's this RV is not what we expected. RV was clean but a couple items were broken.

The van worked great ran well no issues. Great host and great communication.

Dean :) It was an Amazing experience renting your van! It was well equipped and very clean..thanks for the time to talk us through the features of the van and for being so easy to rent from. Lastly Thank you so much for also finding my wifes ring!!!

We had a great week in the camper. Dean made things simply and easy for pick up and drop off. Can’t wait to rent again! Thanks Jim

Van correspondant tout à fait à la description, bon contact avec l'hôte

Great time! It was perfect for our little getaway with our family!!

No complaints. Camper was clean and worked a charm. Dean was polite and available. Made for a lovely holiday.

Our experience with the camper was mixed. The cons included a crack in the front windshield and some problems with alarm indicators. However, the owner reassured us that he had checked these in advance and it was fine to drive, and we completed our journey without any further issues (the owner also noted the camper would go to maintenance upon our return). The pros are clearly all the accessories and the well-thought out equipment/tools that were included. The van had camper chairs, a foldable table, some games, a usb speaker, a portable phone charger, a small fan for air movement, a small heater in case it got cold, and the added magnetic netting for the windows to prevent mosquitos. Communication was easy and we were able to get all our questions answered in advance.

Dean is absolutely the best. Easy to work with and responds quickly to questions. He thought of everything for the van to make its use enjoyable and comfortable.

The RV was great! Me and my wife had a lovely vacation in PEI and I personally would like to thank Dean and his family for helping us and making sure we had a great vacation. Definitely would rent from Dean and his family again.

Had a great experience renting this van for 6 nights. Very clean and as described. Family is so nice and friendly. Would rent again from them.

Great experience. The van was well stocked with the necessities and Dean was good to communicate with. Would recommend!

RV was clean with all the necessary to explore Nova Scotia. Instruction for pick up was clear.

We had an amazing time driving around Nova Scotia in the RV. It was well appointed with everything we needed, drove and worked great, and the extras like having the option to have wood provided to us in advance was so helpful and appreciated. Dean was very easy to work with and quickly responded to all questions as we were booking. We highly recommend renting from him!

The van has your basic needs, but is clean and comfortable. Van ran fine with no mechanical problems. Roof rack is a bonus for kayaks.

Van performed as expected. Equipped with what you will need for basic camping experience. Host communicated promptly. Overall a good experience.

This was our first RV rental and it’s was a great experience. This unit came stocked with the basics and any add ons we needed. The owners were great to deal with and answered our questions. Having flexible pick up and drop off times was also nice as we had a laid back vacation. This unit fit our family of 5 nicely and the overall size was easy to handle. I liked the fact we could easily disconnect and be on the road again, no need for any pull out rooms to deal with.

If you're planning a trip to NS and you need a comfortable camper van for it, this is the one you need! We really appreciate the easy communication with the owners. Always reactive and available for us. The pick up was so easy with all details and informations we needed. It was the "Vanlife test" for us and now... We want to buy one. Thank you for the experience and the adventure. Best way to travel.

We had a great experience! Van was perfect for what we needed

Great experience with Dean and the Van we rented

We had a wonderful time exploring the coast with this van. It was clean, well organized and has the basics that you will need. Easy and reliable communication with the hosts!

Everything went very smooth. Dean and his wife are very kind and helpful! Communication was easy and the was nice and comfy!

no surprises. No mechanical issues. Easy pick up and drop off.

What a wonderful experience, renting the motorhome and travelling to Newfoundland. Dean and his wife were exceptionally easy to work with, accommodating, and the motorhome more than fit our needs. 100% recommendation - choose East Coast getaway!!

We loved the van. There was everything there we needed for the 2 weeks that we cruised around in the south of Nova scotia. The bed was very comfortable and Dean gave us even 2 comforters to stay warm during the colder nights in September. We appreciated the solar power that made it possible to stay in unserviced camping spots. the van was a pleasure to drive and very economic with the diesel motor. Dean was very good to communicate with.

The van was doing its job all the way in the eastern part of gorgeous NS. Astonishing the amount of gas consumption, even with 'gentle' treating of the engine. We love kooking (and eating!) and would recommend cutlery and dishes of a bit higher quality. The hosts are of the lovely and easygoing canadian type, they even dropped us at the next busstation about 2km away - awesome, as they say :-)

The rent experience is great! Dean is very friendly and supportive! Definitely worth it!

Dean and his wife are really nice hosts and were really responsive and helpful! The Van had everything it needs to camp out but at a very basic level. Engine and driving worked fine, the interior could need some revaluation.

The van was perfect and a great way to travel and camp around the Cabot trail and PEI for our trip. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Dean is a great host and super helpful when you set off, and if you ever need to reach out with questions. Would absolutely recommend, and definitely book again!

The van was everything we expected and more. Dean had that van packed perfect when we arrived and explained where everything was located. We were able to take it out for 5 days and had no issues. Made memories to last us a life time. It was easy to drive and we are now itching to buy our own van someday soon.

Top shelf, all the way around!

We had the best time exploring Nova Scotia in the van! Such an excellent way to experience the beauty of this province. Dean was an excellent host, always replying promptly and offering lots of great tips and info. The van was exactly has described. We enjoyed the freedom and comfort of the van throughly! Thanks Dean!

Overall it was a great experience! Would definitely recommend and would do it again.

This camper van has been great to get us everywhere from Halifax to PEI, very convenient and clean with many necessities provided. Happy with the experience!

The hosts were great communicators and readily answered our questions. We used the RV for extra sleeping space and it was very clean and cozy.

The Chev worked great .. perfect for our needs , Nova Scotia beach hopping . Hope to do it again in the future , Thanks Dean

We had never booked through this app before and this was our first time renting a van in Canada so we were not sure what to expect but it was all incredibly easy and Dean was brilliant and fast to respond. The van was better than we could have expected, we wished we'd booked it for longer as it was so comfortable and Dean had added so many thoughtful touches! Definitely wouldn't hesitate to book again, fantastic value for money and the best way to experience Nova Scotia.

We loved the rig! Dean was great to respond quickly. It truly was a great holiday exploring the east coast and the van rental experience was the icing on the cake. We would do it again in the future!

We had a great experience with East Coast Getaways. Dean and his wife were very helpful and explained how everything worked when we picked up the RV. The RV itself was very clean and stocked with all the essentials (cups, toaster, coffee maker, plates, cutlery …etc). We have a family of 5 and it was perfect for a week of camping. The table easily coverts to a smaller bed and the bunk over the top was spacious enough for both of our boys (6 and 8) to sleep comfortably. There was plenty of storage space for all of our stuff and we didn’t exactly pack lightly! We would definitely recommend and will likely rent again in the future when we are back in NS.

Super experience friendly hosts. The rig was equipped with all the essentials. Would highly recommend

Van very well equipped, clean and well maintained. Handy and fun to drive. Owner always available to answer questions. Our trip to Cape Breton Island and Nova Scotia was very enjoyable.

Wonderful

As great as expected. Highly recommended

Excellent experience, the RV was clean and as described, and Dean was very responsive and accommodating.

Dean was an awesome host & the van was rigged up with everything we could need for our trip. Super smooth process and Dean had some great recs for places to check out along the way! The van handled great in all of the rain we had.

We had a blast travelling through Nova Scotia with the camper van and had no major issues. Whenever we had questions, Dean was very helpful and quick to respond. This was by far the best way to see Nova Scotia and cover a lot of ground. Hands down would do again and would recommend.

Dean was awesome to deal with. Unit was clean and ran great, very comfortable, great experience and I recommend renting from Dean 100%!

The RV was high quality and very clean. It was exactly as described. It was easy to drive and very comfortable. The owners are friendly and provided excellent service. They thought of many extras that make the experience very positive.

Dean was awesome! Quick to answer when we had questions and very understanding and easy to talk to when we had issues. Would highly recommend booking with him.

Host were amazing to work with and the product exceeded every expectation! Very happy campers.

We had a wonderfully time traveling the coast in the van

We had the best time traveling in the sprinter! What an awesome way to see the maritimes!

Dean is awesome to communicate with. Answers any and all questions promptly and the unit was good too. She's a little bit older but Bessie will take you wherever you need to go. Handles well, not too long and would definitely rent her again!!

We had a great time exploring Cape Breton and the Cabot trail in the van. It was very comfortable and everything we needed for camping was provided.

This van was perfect for our trip and Dean was amazing and responsive the entire time. Would book again in a second!

Amazing trip on the Cabot Trail with the van. Dean was really nice with us and always responsive. Nothing negative to say, would 100% book again!

I had a great time travelling around NS in the van.

Was awesome!

Thank u Dean for the use of your rV. It was a pleasure to drive. Our first trip was memorable and we plan to return sooner than later.

They are very good owners, and RV is great and powerful, also have auto assistance on downhill to make mountain driving easier.

We couldn't have been happier with our trip and the van was a big part of that! Everything we needed plus more. Dean and his wife (I can't remember her name, unfortunately) we both wonderful to deal with.

Van has all the amenities and is comfortable.

Host was terrific. Looked after us very well. The RV was fantastic and ran like a charm.

This was a great way to see Nova Scotia. Dean was great to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. The RV was well equipped and easy to drive. Would rent from Dean again.

We had a great trip! The owner was readily available when I had questions, very positive experience overall!

The van was fantastic, had everything we needed inside. Dean and Tanis thought of it all. Would absolutly recommend booking with them

Excellent service to use to rent an RV. We were in Nova Scotia Canada unfortunately our timing was bad and arrived just ahead of the hurricane. Which stopped us from reaching our destination of Cape Breton. We made the most of the trip and spent the time on the Southshore and Annapolis valley. Nothing but good things to say about this experience and highly recommend Dean of East Coast Getaway 2

Our experience was very smooth. Dean was super responsive and available leading up to and during the trip. We rode out hurricaine Fiona warm and dry in the Sprinter - quite a memorable experience for sure.

Everything was great, the owners had everything we needed for our trip and showed us how everything worked before we left. They were available if we had any questions and were flexible with pick up and drop off times to make everything as easy as possible for us. Would definitely rent from them again.

Great communication! All in all the process was very easy.

Great van with everything you need for a comfortable road trip. Great hosts, kind with great communication.

Very good experience.

The RV was excellent. It drove very well for its age, was well appointed, the bed was comfortable and it had plenty of space and storage, even included an aux cable with iPhone adapter. The solar power permitted camping at sites with better vistas and more privacy than serviced sites, or those off the beaten track. The fridge and freezer saves the inconvenience and cost of keeping a cooler stocked with ice. Dean and his wife were a pleasure to deal with.

We had an amazing time in this van - perfect way to see Cape Breton and enjoy the National park with complete freedom. The Van was comfy, had everything we needed and was easy to drive. Dean was was great to communicate with throughout. Would highly recommend!

Awesome van. Had everything you might need for travel.

There is no better way to visit NS than to rent out a RV from Dean and his wife. Their exceptional hospitality made everything seamless, The RV was great and stacked with everything that you need and more. They even provided us with extra pots to cook lobsters. 5 adults for 4 night lived in their comfortably. Drove to Cape Brenton and through the Cabot Trail. What an experience thanks you for letting Us use your the RV. Hope to do it again in the future. Cheers.

There's no other way to see a province than with this magical ride. Dean was super responsive and open to answering any questions we had. Pick-up and drop-off were seamless and the van was equipped with more than you could ask for. We would 100% recco this ride to anyone looking to explore the Cabot Trail. Will rebook this the next time we come.

We had a great 8-day trip in Nova Scotia and PEI, the van works great and has everything you need and Dean was very accommodating. We would do it again in a heartbeat!

The van was great. The interior was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating with our pick up and drop off times. Many amenities are included with the rental that made our stays more enjoyable.

Dean was very easy to communicate with all the way along the rental process.

Another awesome trip again this year with the same RV. Thanks Dean.

This was a great experience. The RV was super lean with all the amenities we need for our month long trip. It was a pleasure to deal with the owners.. They were quick to respond to any of our questions. Without a doubt I highly recommend their service.

What a wonderful experience with this fine camping vehicle. Dean was lightning fast to respond and extremely flexible too. Had great suggestions and was fun to work with. A definite must when touring Nova Scotia

Vehicle was great! No issues whatsoever, very well stocked. Dean and co were responsive and couldn’t have been nicer. 10/10 would recommend

Great camper van and fantastic communication from the owners made for a great trip.

Dean was a great host. Communicative, friendly. Van worked perfectly. Highly reccomend!

Great first camper van experience. Spent 10 nights and it was comfortable and we had a great time exploring NS, NB and PEI.

We loved the RV rental and the owners were fantastic to deal with. They patiently answered all our questions and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Great van for a few nights away. Everything worked great and the interior is really comfortable. It had everything we needed and Dean was easy to communicate with throughout our booking. Would recommend renting this van for sure.

The owners are very accommodating, the VR was perfect for us, easy to drive, very convenient with grid solar, BBQ, fridge, self autonomous, we had great time in NS, many thanks

Communication with Dean and his wife was perfect and we had an enjoyable 5 day camper holiday on Cape Breton. The camper was exactly as described, clean and with almost everything we needed. Would only suggest a minor improvement: supplying top sheets and thin blankets for warm nights - the covers supplied are too warm.

Nice camper van. Well equipped. Drove and handle well.

Great experience! The RV was very well stocked and Dean and his wife were amazing! Friendly and super helpful. It was a wonderful first RV vacation for our family.

We had so much fun touring Cape Breton and the Eastern coast in this van. Great amenities, clean, reliable and such a comfy bed! Thank you!

Amazing experience with Dean and his family's RV! We spent seven nights exploring Nova Scotia with our two young boys. The RV was equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen appliances made it easy to prep food on the go. Unit was very clean, pick-up and drop-off were seamless, and Dean was available if we had any questions. Thank you for an incredible week!

Dean is great to deal with. Van was well stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

Nice van, it worked really well to get in and out of places/campsites/travelling. Little high to get into for a short person.. ha ha We appreciated all of the things they've ensured are in the van like towels, dishes and great bedding. And the solar power inverter is amazing...long life.

Great renter. Fast response, great RV and very helpful. Would book again!

Wonderful experience! Everything you needed...thanks Dean

The van was a great way to see the province. Very clean, well stocked with supplies, easy to drive, bed was very comfortable.

Great way to explore Nova Scotia! We flew in from BC & got right into the RV…Dean & Tanis are super helpful, & the rig is really user friendly; just add food! We are a family of 5 (Dad & teen boys are all well over 6’); it was cozy, but we were comfortable :) Mostly went to provincial sites; excellent amenities & beautiful scenery.

My boyfriend and I rented this Van to tour around Nova Scotia and we had a blast. Drove through the Cabot Trail and visited Peggy's Cove. The Van was very comfortable, thanks to the memory foam pillows and extra blankets. We cooked on the BBQ daily and had everything we needed. Dean was very responsive whenever we had questions throughout the trip. The Van was very clean and equipped with everything that you might need. Highly recommend!

Dean’s RV was awesome for our 4 nights of camping! It was immaculate, better than some hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, and fully stocked (I especially liked the new non-stick frying pans). We will be booking again in the future.

First time we’ve ever rented an RV. Everything was as expected. Dean answered questions patiently and quickly. The RV was comfy and hassle-free, with everything essential included. We would happily rent from Dean again!

We spent 12 nights travelling throughout the maritimes in this unit and had a fantastic time! It’s a little big giant, since it fits everywhere on the ferries and in parking stalls, but is a self contained workhorse and comfy to stay in! We loved having a fridge/freezer to keep everything cold, and the batteries were kept fully charged on solar the whole time. We would absolutely recommend Dean and Tanis’ rv for rental and choose this unit again on our next Nova Scotia adventure!

Amazing experience and a great RV. Had everything and more. Would definitely do again!

Must recommend!!!! Van is mint ; runs good. We rent it for 6 nights and had a epic road trip journey covered pretty much whole Nova Scotia coastal driver’s and Cabot trail . Dean is brief and very responsive . 10 on 10👍

Awesome trip and RV. Great service. Highly recommended. Clean and great ride.

We had a wonderful adventure touring Nova Scotia in the RV. Dean and his wife were exceptional to deal with. The unit was fully equipped for us to fly into Halifax , pick up the RV and start our 15 day trip. We would highly recommend using East Coast Getaway for a stress free, relaxing holiday.

Excellent people to deal with

This was such a unique and memorable experience. This van had everything we needed to feel at home on the road as we drove around the cabot trail, fell asleep to the sound of the waves and ate our dinners by the beach with the propane grill. The van came equipped with everything we needed to camp out and boondock in comfort. Thank you so much!!! We would recommend this to anyone looking for an adventure and the freedom to explore Nova Scotia from shore to shore. Cait and Paul

My wife and I had an absolute blast renting this van on our east-coast trip! It ran incredibly well and was mobile which was exactly what we were looking for as we drove all over the maritimes. Dean was very easy to work with and was great at responding promptly to any and all questions. The unit was very comfortable to stay in which was a concern as I am taller myself (6'5), however, we fit comfortably in the bed and within the body of the van. Definitely recommend renting one of these vans to anyone looking for a good way to see the east-coast! Hope to be able to do it again!

Had a great time touring all around Nova Scotia. The van was prefect for all of our basic needs ! Dean is a great guy to deal with. Very prompt and helpful with all questions. Would rent again in a heartbeat!! Would like to thank Dean and his family again. Will keep in touch with all the stuff we talk about! John and Natalie

Great experience! I would recommend this to anyone looking to travel the east coast. It made our trip flexible and couldn’t imagine trying to book accommodating every night. Dean has been extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Please note that the location to pick up the RV is outside of Halifax and a costly Uber or Taxi is required both ways to pick it up. It’s best to factor that into your plans. Overall, we would highly recommend.

Very simple process and the van was perfect. Bed was surprisingly comfy and fit even a six foot tall person

Last minute booking and one of the best trips we’ve ever done! The camper van had everything you could think of needing and Dean was so great to deal with. If we ever come back out this way we’ll definitely rent again!

Drove over 3000km with no problems. RV worked well and fuel mileage was better than expected. Clean when picked up and everything was well explained. We had 2 questions on our travels and were answered quickly . 100% Happy . Thanks again Brian & Nikki Berfelo

We had an awesome trip! This van was pre-packed with pretty much everything you could need (including rainy weather entertainment). It was a smooth drive and made a rainy vacation in the woods very comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend!

Excellent vehicle and excellent people. We will use this service again. Thank you to all involved.

We had an excellent experience. Really enjoyed the RV and the rental process was very clear and simple. Dean and his team communicated well and made the whole event very easy. I would definitely rent from them again.

What a unique and amazing way to explore Nova Scotia. Easy to drive and easy on fuel. We are already planning the next adventure.

We had a great experience! Dean and his wife are very friendly and helpful. This was my first time driving a RV, I had tons of questions and Dean was patient and responsive. Their RV is well-maintained and has all the amenities we required. We highly recommend to any other RV-newbies like us to go ahead without any fears 🙂

We had a perfect family vacation, thank you!

Great van! Perfect for a tour of Cape Breton!

A great RV and host. Looking forward to another trip to NS. Thank you Mr Dean and your bride. Mike

Dean was great to work with , unit performed awesome !! Will definitely use him again in the future , thanks again

We have renter RV's in the past and we found this rental tops them all. We give Dean a 12 out of 10 because the RV was very clean, the toilet did not smell and whenever we had a question to ask Dean. he was very pleasant and took the time to ensure we understood how to resolve our problem. We had initial problems booking the RV, we contacted Dean and we felt he went out of his way to help us start the booking process. We highly Dean and his RV to future renters.

The camper was in great condition and the owners were friendly and helpful. We had a good time.

My girlfriend and I rented the RV for a week and had an incredible time. Tanis and Dean were fantastic hosts and were more than accommodating and friendly. The vehicle was spotless and very easy to drive (my first time driving one). We travelled all around Nova Scotia, PEI, and New Brunswick and the whole trip went without a hitch! Would 100% rent again.

Van was perfect for travelling through the Cabot trail and Peggys cove! Highly recommend this option for a couples retreat. Dean and Tanis were very accommodating with pick up and drop off times.

Had a great time with the RV - it was nice and clean and well maintained.

First time RV renters - from beginning to end, our experience was great! Dean & Tannis were friendly, easy to reach and accommodating. The RV was comfortable for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenaged boys. The RV housed all the necessities, was easy to drive and very comfortable. 5 star rating!! We will rent from them again! The only recommendations I would have for future is to ensure all BBQ propane tanks are full (we were given 3 tanks, one was empty and the other two were about a quarter full). The other is to include a drainer board for the dish rack as no dry board made for a wet counter top. These are quite minor but thought I’d mention it. Many thanks, can’t wait for our next RV adventure!! Chris & Alona

Amazing trip! Easy pickup and they explained everything very well. Super helpful! The rv was clean, and had everything we needed :)

We had a wonderful vacation. It was our first time renting a motorhome and using RVezy. The owners were great to deal with and very accommodating.

This was a great experience! The RV was in excellent condition, super clean and ready to roll. We will definitely rent again from these folks.

Dean and Tanis were fantastic to work with. We enjoyed 4 nights in Nova Scotia in the easy comforts of this ‘hotel on wheels’. Bring some food and clothes and away you go!

My husband and I had the best adventure in this van for 2 nights! Highly recommend it! Very comfortable ride. Dean was excellent to deal with easy pick up and drop. Can’t wait to do it again!!!

Thank you.

Fantastic experience- easy pick up/drop off. Van was clean, spacious and easy to travel the Cabot trail to Bay of Fundy would recommend 100%

We had such a wonderful trip in the RV! It was perfect for myself, husband and 3 children! Beds were comfortable, everything was in working order, we never had any issues. Hubby said he enjoyed driving it, despite it being a large vehicle, it was an easy drive! We all had a ball, looking forward to doing it again! We miss it already! A big thanks to Dean & his wife!

We are 100% satisfied with the service and courtesy of Dean and his wife We have rented for 4 weeks, we had a problem with the external battery, and a single text to Dean made all things very easy to arrange! We enjoyed the RV and we recommend strongly Dean!! Thanks Manon and Marc

It was a beautiful vacation, it has everything possible that you would need for camping! Thank you so much Dean 😊

We loved our weekend with this campervan! It was perfect for travelling with our 15 month old daughter. Her travel crib fit perfectly between the seats and the bed. The bed was very comfortable. Dean has thought of a lot of small details that are included with the van - the rechargeable fan kept our daughter cool while she slept. We would definitely book with Dean again!

Our experience renting an RV from Dean and his wife was fantastic!! We would highly recommend them to anyone. Will definitely be looking at future bookings!

Your rental van was just perfect to explore Cape Breton. The van had lots of camping amenities, great riding and you very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I will be recommending to all my friends. Thanks for the great experience!!

We were new to RV's and enjoyed this rental very much. The pickup and drop off of the vehicle was smooth and the owner was very pleasant and professional and showed us all of the operating features. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. A few things we might have changed would be a newer propane barbecue, a few more cooking pots and a bigger coffee maker but space is at a premium so we understand the need for minimal.

It was a very relaxing weekend because everything was in the camper that we needed. Highly recommend renting this unit for your get-away.

What a beautiful experience. Pick up was very easy ,Dean made sure we had everything we needed. The van was great on gas, the bed was very comfortable and it made travelling Cape Breton an even better time. All the amenities included with the van made it easy to stop anywhere to relax and enjoy the view. Can't wait for the next trip!

Fantastic experience. Dean was great to deal with, super accommodating and the RV itself was clean and ran great! Exactly what we were hoping for.

Dean made it a super easy to have the RV in a timely manner and help us the whole way threw the process and made it super easy for us for pick up and drop off. 10/10 would recommend and will be using Deans Rvs again! Thank you!

Van was great! Had everything you needed for the trip. Dean was good to deal with and answered all questions. Only problem, ran out of propane for stove. Would definitely book it again!!

The local renters were awesome and the unit great.

Dean and Tanis were great to deal with and everything in and about this RV was excellent. Above average service, communication, the RV was clean worked perfectly and loaded with everything we needed. What a great experience for our first RV trip. Highly recommend this renter. Dean was always available to answer any question we had. Even better on gas than we expected. Do it ..... Take an RV road trip. dean will make it happen easily. Thanks so much

Dean is great and the RV worked perfectly for our trip. Easy to communicate with and suer responsive. Would highly recommend renting from Dean. 10/10 experience.

We enjoyed our RV weekend, the vehicle is clean and everything works well.

The RV was spotless when we picked it up. It included all of the extras for cleaning including paper towel. It was the first time that we ever drove an RV and it was easy to ride. The owner Dean was great to deal with and responded to our every need.

We had a fantastic trip away in the Majestic RV. The owner was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had promptly. We would rent this RV again in the future.

We had a fantastic time with this RV ....Owner was very helpful and made it a very positive experience for us.

My family and I really enjoyed driving this RV. It is very well maintained and clean. The unlimited mileage was a bonus. The owner is very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it and sure I would love to do it again.

Dean was easy to deal with, great communication, made every effort to accommodate us.

We had a lovely vacation in this motorhome. It’s very comfortable for a family of three and had everything we needed to travel in comfort. Thanks again!

Everything was great. The RV was already packed with everything needed. Clean bed linens, towels, chairs, all inside and everything else. It had some noise in inside, especially on main roads but, we loved as it seemed we were on a semi truck (don't need to tell that the kids were thrilled, haha). Communication was 100%, fast, helpful and friendly answers. Highly recommend. Thanks Dean!

Wonderful trip. The RV was in great condition. We had no issues at all during the entire experience. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect RV to rent, easy to drive and park, comes fully stocked with everything you need. They were quick to respond with any questions that I had. Thanks for the good trip!

Great rental, very clean, lots of supplies for sleeping , cooking , cleaning and enjoying the outdoors as well. We loved having all the chairs and the propane fire pit was a great add on since the weather wasn’t great for a real fire. Everything ran smoothly and communication with Dean and his wife was great. We definitely enjoyed our first rv experience !!!

Amazing weekend and absolutely recommend renting! It was a perfect size for our family and was fully stocked! Thanks so much guys!

We has such a WONDERFUL time with the Thor Majestic! It was our first time in an RV, and were initially a little nervous about driving, operating, etc. Dean walked us through the ease of this perfect camping vehicle, and now we are totally hooked! The RV drove wonderfully, surprisingly great on gas and made our trip totally majestic! We spent most of our time on serviced sites, but also enjoyed how this RV allows for more improvised camping situations. You really can't beat RVing in Nova Scotia, and having all the wonderful conveniences and amazing service from Dean helped us have an epic trip! Thanks so much!!!

100% recommend renting this RV! It was fantastic, perfect for a small family. Fully equipped everything required for a great camping trip! Dean was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be booking again! Thanks!

Great RV Great Owner

Dean and his wife were awesome to work with. From pick up to drop off, there were no issues. The trailer was stocked with everything needed, and the RV was very functional and clean.

Accommodating owner. Unlimited kms was a great bonus for us.

Very helpful and accommodating for a first time renter. Will definitely be renting again

We found the perfect RV with ease! The owners were very personable! Thank you Dean and Tanis!

Was an awesome trip! Totally would rent again as would family and friends cause I had such a good experience. Owners were nice and friendly and trailer adorbs! Thank you to RVezy and owners

This rental worked perfectly for us. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and very accommodating on pick up and delivery arrangements. Very clean, comfortable unit!

We had an amazing trip and time in the motorhome and would rent it again next time! Thanks for making this a trip of a lifetime and see you next time because we will come back.

Dealing with Dean and his wife, sorry forgot her name, has been great. He let us look at the RV before we rented it and communicating with them to pick it up and bring the RV back went flawless. They explained how everything worked and where to find stuff. The RV was awesome. The people we were camping with thought it was great. It had everything that we needed. All we had to do was stock it with food and drink. It was the right size for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We will use Rvezy again and hopefully see Dean and his family again. Henry

Very nice owners! We had a great time with the rv. I would rent it for sure again in the near future.

We had such an amazing time with this trailer! It was the perfect size and came with everything we needed. Extra lawn chairs, games, pots and pans, and the little furnace worked great! Dean and his wife were so easy to deal with and responded very timely. Lovely people!

Dean and his wife are so easy to rent from and friendly, even arranging for late pick up with no issues. The camper is vintage and exactly what you expect. Very clean and functional; kept us nice and dry during the thunder storms.

We had a wonderful experience renting through RV Easy. Dean was very helpful and made sure I knew everything I needed to know before ee left. We had an excellent getaway and will definitely be renting from Dean again :)

Such a nice weekend I have with this little toy perfect for me and my kids and Dean he was responding quickly and promptly to all my requests such a nice people strongly recommended to somebody which do you want to have a nice short weekend with two Childs

Thank you for a great vacation !!!

The trailer was perfect for our situation. Easy to tow, clean and comfortable. Super happy with our choice. Would recommend to anyone. Both Dean and his wife were very kind and helpful

Awesome experience. Very easy and friendly owners to deal with

Great little trailer that had everything we needed for a weekend away. Dean quickly answered all my questions and I had many!

We loved the little Vintage Treasure. Perfect size for us - 2 adults, 2 small kids. The air ventilation in the trailer was great - which I feel isn't always the case in RV/trailers. Communication with the hosts/owners was exceptional - they were very responsive. And the amenities they have in the trailer are super nice too: bedding provided, towels, coffee maker, pancake griddle, extra disposable dishware, silverware, cups, etc. We would absolutely rent again. And we also like the RVezy experience. It WAS EASY!

Dean and his wife are wonderful people and their motorhome was in great condition. They provided each and everything, you can think of in the motorhome. We really had a great time during our vacation. We will definitely rent again from them.

These guys are awesome!!! The rv works perfect and is super convenient/comfy. 10/10 would rent again!

My experience with Dean and RVezy was a smooth and enjoyable experience overall. Dean was an amazing host, communicated with me clearly throughout the process and ensured that we had everything we needed previous to leaving on our trip. This included a provided hitch attachment and appropriate sized ball so we didn't have to purchase our own, as well as an adaptor so our current wiring would work with the trailer. The trailer was stocked with everything we needed... bedding, towels, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, soap, tarp, rope, hatchet, port-a-potty, heater, AC, and even some games. He also included a generator full of gas as well as propane for a very, very reasonable fee. The trailer was easy to hook and unhook, park and level, and it was a breeze to pull, even with my Jeep Wrangler. It was the perfect sized camper for dry and comfortable sleeping, and a place to cook, eat and hang out if the weather isn't great. Pick up and drop off was easy and fast, and we would definitely contact Dean through RVezy for future camping trips! Highly recommended!!

Thank goodness for the owners of the Thor Majestic! They came through for us when the other booking we had cancelled on us last minute. It was probably a blessing in disguise because The owners of the Thor Majestic made our rental experience very pleasant. They answered all our questions and gave us a lot of extra information when they learnt we were first time campers. The Rv was clean, stocked for our convenience and very comfortable. If you want to deal with friendly pleasant people and have a clean comfortable rv, rent the Thor majestic. Thank you for everything! Kris

Dean was great to deal with from start to finish. Thank you very much for allowing us to use the Beast for all of our adventures. I would also like to thank you on your quick responses on all matters. Thanks for an excellent holiday Rick & Cathy

this was my first camper trip experience. overall it was a good adventure into the life of a converted van and camp grounds life in Newfoundland Canada mostly. the van did allow me to stand up in it during my time (I am 6'1 or 1.85 meters) and had a queen bed and could mostly fit with my feet hanging a bit over the end which was fine. the van had storage under the bed and areas to hang stuff too. A little sink but no shower aspects. the vehicle drove like a small box truck and was not as fuel efficient for my long journey overall- at only about 5 kilometers per liter or 11-12 MPG, but made up for it with low cost campgrounds along the coastline looking at the water vs expensive hotel nights. Dean was responsive during the trip when issues or questions arise. this would be a good choice for a solo or couple to travel in for a few days across the Nova Scotia or surrounding areas!

A clean rv stocked well for travel. Pick and drop off was very smooth and flexible. Communication with Dean was awesome and very prompt with any questions we had. We had a great experience and would certainly rent from them again

Me and my wife stayed at dean’s RV for 8 nights and we enjoyed every moments of our trip. The RV was clean with very minor issues but overall well maintained and the truck ran well too. I would do it again hopefully soon and dean definitely is where I get my RV from!

We had a good experience with this rental. The bed is comfortable and the van well outfitted with camping gear. This is an older van with no back up camera or electric door locks which are inconvenient. A broken sensor meant that dashboard warning lights were on all the time although all systems were working. However, when we got a flat tire we did not get a warning as we should have if the sensor was operational. The supplied toilet was inadequate and we had to buy an upgraded version for our comfort.

Dean was helpful in any inquiries I had. The van needed better tires, very rough ride, which made it harder on gas. The day we bought back the van, he had an appointment to get them upgraded. Which didn't help us, but the sights we seen were awesome. But we tried to see to much, wish we would of spent more days in one spot..

Very comfortable and well-equipped campervan. Dean was quick at responding and provided lots of helpful tips for our trip.

The van ran good for having almost 600000 kms and we got great gas mileage. It is well stocked for a weekend camping trip. You will have everything you need. The host is responsive and friendly to deal with.
