Yang was very flexible and helpful. Would rent again.

We had an absolute blast with this RV! The process was smooth and Alex took his time explaining everything about the RV. We have two young children and the RV felt very spacious even with a pack and play set up. Alex has provided all the utensils, cleaning supplies, blankets, towels, basic food/cooking items, coffee, etc. The RV was easy to drive, the generator lasted a full 2 days with the AC blasting pretty much the whole time. We would definitely rent this RV again :)

We had a wonderful trip through 4 national parks with this RV. Yang was very responsive to our needs and was helpful whenever we had questions.

This RV is stunning. Top of the line, drives like a dream and very efficient. Yang was very quick to respond and able to accommodate a last minute change. Definitely a great trip and will be renting again.

Motorhome was a pleasure to drive and stay in.

Overall a good experience, too bad the entry step and stabilizers were not operational at the time of renting. But I would definitely rent this unit from Yang again.

Made some memories

Great time! Everything was what we expected. The rv had everything you need. Booking the transportation to get back and forth to the airport was a good upgrade also. Thank you for everything! If we come back out this way we we will definitely be booking with you.

Nice RV and nice owner

Sweet ride! The owner has equipped the vehicle with everything you need in terms of dishes, cutlery and linens at no extra charge. Even has a coffee maker and toaster. Set-up is easy. You pull in, plug in, hit the slider switch and the auto level and you're done. Takes about 5 minutes. Our family of 3 adults and one teen were quite comfortable. Tons of space when the slider is out.

We had a good trip. RV was clean and great to drive and live in. Alex was helpfull and available for questions. Pick-up at airport on time, very happy good experiance.

Yang is friendly and very easy to work with. The RV is brand new (just about 16 000 km on odometer).

Really great vehicle, almost everything is brand new! Although there was some hiccups in communication, we managed to reach middle ground. It was our first time renting an RV so we were unsure of what to expect. Make sure things are communicated properly (i.e. diesel/propane, pick-up and drop-off timing, etc.) before you arrive and leave with the vehicle.

We loved Yang's RV. Though Yang seems new in the rental business, he was very open and willing that we buy a few things that was missing. Because if that, our stay was perfect. We would rent it again without any hesitation.

Yang was very pleasant to deal with and up front about some known issues with the RV. The radio and the backup camera were not working, and the levelers were also not working. We were 2 adult couples and a small child and found ourselves tightly squeezed into the unit.

The owner was amazing to work with! We appreciate the hospitality! We had a last minute flight change and he was super accommodating! Thanks for a great week!

The family was very happy with the camper and the support of the owner yang. He was very attentive to our needs . Everything worked in the camper and was very comfortable. I would use his camper again. Highly recommend and easy to drive.

This is a really nice unit. Easy to drive and set up. Host was quick to respond to a couple of questions as I was setting up. Has everything needed for a couple of days away.

I've rented RVs before and know that there may be some minor problems. We rented this RV for a week and there were some major problems and minor ones: 1. the water pump broke the first day. The owner did respond right away and sent someone to replace it later that day. 2. the equalizers or stabilizers sounded like metal on metal grinding when we lowered them on the first day. They LOWERED ON THEIR OWN while dumping the black and gray water 3 days later. I managed to get them up and they lowered again while parked at my campsite. With the help of friends we hand cranked them up and disconnected them from the power source. 3. the rear window was duct taped on to the RV and leaked when it rained. 4. the roof leaked, right over the passenger seat in the front of the vehicle when it rained. 5. The cap to the black water exit valve was "frozen" on. I had to go to find someone to borrow a large metal plumbers wrench to get it off. It appeared that the cap had not been removed since the vehicle was used last fall. 6. The propane tank was half full when delivered to me and ran out when we had the heat on one night. 7. The water tank fill valve was not a seperate valve on the outside of the unit. It was located with another fill valve and was not clearly marked or identified as such. This caused another water problem when I tried to fill the storage tank. Dealing with all these problems took a lot of time. It was tiring and stressful for me and my wife and it took time away from our trip to Banff and Glacier National Park. It was clear to me that the owner did not check over the vehicle thoroughly prior to giving it to us. I told Alex, the owner, all of what I am reporting here when I dropped the vehicle off to him at noon. I needed to drop it off at a specific time because it was being rented by someone else at 3pm. That concerned me.
