About Sandra

Was our experience with a trailer, didn’t really get any explanation on anything or how to run it, fill with water, empty tanks and so fourth. Also it was very dirty when we picked it up, with dog hair and dirt all over. Great on being flexible with pick up and drop off though.

Great trailer for our family weekend away. Sandra was very easy to deal with and flexible with pickup and drop off times. Great value. We would rent again from her.

This trailer has some nice features, a large kitchen sink, reasonable counter space, a nice deep pull out dinning area. The trailer comes with minimal kitchen supplies and there was a little miss communication as to what was available and the location of those items.

Sandra was very easy to communicate with, the trailer is clean and easy to tow, we had great time with this trailer!

Great sized trailer for a family of four!

Sandra was easy to deal with and pleasant. Should not have pick-up and drop off on the same day.

Prior to the pick up day I was informed that the owner was out of town and that the husband was looking after the pick-up transaction, which wouldn’t not have been a problem but he wasn’t available until 4pm, wasting most of my rental day waiting to pick up the trailer. He was informative on the trailer and the pick up went well. The trailer has seen better days and it wasn’t really clean to the level you’d expect for them to charge a $80 cleaning fee. The Smoke detector was loose on ceiling, electrical outlet popping out of wall, and wall panels disconnected. The camper was also not filled with fresh water which I figured would have been a part of the package. I didn’t mention this cause there was water available at the site. On my way to the campsite I suffer a blowout on the trailer where the failure was indicative of an improperly inflated of the tire. The trailer did not have the basic tools to replace the tire so I had to call someone to travel 80km round trip to help me out. I immediately informed the owner (husband). Upon returning the trailer it was noticed that the black water indicator was showing 2/3 full while the grey showed 1/3. This didn’t make sense since we didn’t put any water in the trailer and used the camp faucilites instead of the washroom. We opened both drains and roughly 2L combined came out but the level indicators did not change. We rammed a hose into each compartment and only bit of residual toilet paper came out. The levels both went to empty and there is definitely an issue with the indicators. Previous reviews would confirm this. When disputed the cost charged for the tire replacement because the failure was indicative of being improperly inflated, which is the responsibility of the owner, but I did offer to cover for 1/2 of the replacement. The owner argued that they had to buy 2 new tires and charged me $100 for their ‘time and gas’ to replace them. At the time of this review I have yet to see the charge for the tire but I will dispute any additional charges through my credit card. I would avoid this renter and trailer.

Sandra was great with everything, from customer service to explaining everything, answering questions and accomodating schedules. The RV requires a bit of maintenance as the holding tanks indicators are giving false readings which caused us a bit of inconvenience during our camping trip since we weren't hooked up. Otherwise, I would highly recommend!

Sandra and her family were great to deal with. The family went out of their way to be flexible. The trailer has a LOT of features (including several which other trailers don't have) and great ground clearance. Only challenge was draining the waste. We were cautioned in advance this could be an issue but it was still a bit of a pain.

We were first timer, she explained every things from hookup to all little things inside , great personality and camper was clean everything was up to date. As first timer everything went so smoothly, I will recommend this camper and I will rent this again. Once again thanks Sandra for letting us rent this camper , we had great time and enjoyed it

This was a crazy idea and it worked. Who wanted to have a 7 week old baby crying in the middle of the night? Sandra and I struck a deal to have her unit safely placed for us to visit with friends without interruption. The only suggestion I would make is to arrive with plenty to time to learn about the unit. I felt a bit rushed. it was nobody's fault just the circumstances of our arrival. Great to deal with Sandra and her nice little unit.

We had such a great experience with Sandra and her travel trailer! The whole process was seamless and she answered all our questions especially since it was our first time camping with a trailer. The trailer was just right for us and had everything we needed. We will definitely rent again from Sandra!

Very pleased with the rental. The RV was clean and perfect for the two of us. The owners were very accommodating and helpful with the operation of the unit. I would recommend renting from the owners.

Great trailer for a family!

Trailer was good for our small family. Sandra provided an adequate explanation of how to use the trailer - aside from accessing hot water ( not a big deal for us). Easy to pull with our SUV. As I think it was the first trailer rental of the year it wasn’t entirely clean inside (fridge mostly) but a little cleaning before we packed up was fine. Thank you again!

Trailer has more space than you’d think, good for a weekend away if you have all necessary camping supplies and just need a place to sleep. BUT for having to pay a $80 cleaning fee you’d expect the trailer to be clean. There was a urine sample cup under the table seating, dog food on the floor (we don’t even have a dog), and someone else’s long hair on the dish sponge.

The Camper was pretty dirty when we got it , the sensors for the tanks don’t work so we avoided the bath room because we weren’t sure if it was emptied properly. Some of the jacks are overused and starting to crack so another sensitive spot. The owner was incredibly rude over the phone when we tried to return it 3 hours EARLY. After a 10 hour drive we hadn’t heard from her all day and her gate was closed upon arrival, we eventually unhitched the trailer out front in a nice spot away from vehicles ( we have impatient dogs with us) I then received a phone call which began with immediate arguing and raised voice. Complaining she has 2 jobs and children and no time to meet us. We also were bugged 3 days before coming home about what time we would arrive because her other booking was needing to pick it up. Very unprofessional all around, the husband was very polite and easy to deal with; I hope other bookers so a bit more research prior to booking! We’ve certainly learned a lot and won’t be using the app again!
