About Gustavo

Thank you for letting us use your trailer it was very clean and the bed was comfortable but there’s a few thing I think that where missed …. There was only 11 crappy plastics forks no real forks knives or spoons. there was 3 of us staying 6 days . There was only 1 very small sharp knife that’s we all had to share to eat every meal . There was no dish cloth or paper towels and nothing to clean with except a gross old dirty sponge . The post and pans where nice but all metal the handle got extremely hot … there was no pot holders or anything to use. Burnt my hand a few times . When the guy dropped the trailer off he was very nice but had no idea where anything was or how anything worked . It would have been nice to have warm water but we where not shown where or how to light it . And he never turned on the the fridge before we got there . all the window where very hard to open and close . The drawer by the sink was broken and the one above the Bed was missing . The awning was missing the lock closes to the hitch . And there was not enough blocks of wood to level out the trailer . We made everything work with some difficulty .We figured most of it out on our own but every trailer is different so a little help showing us where everything was would have been helpful instead of just a dump and run . Great camper that suited our needs. The camper is older and has some minor damages but it was very clean and comfortable.

Trailer was as advertised, clean, and owner was very responsive when we messaged. We had to wait a couple extra hours at the site for pickup even though we had a pre-arranged time, that was our only minor issue.

Gustavo was such a pleasure to deal with. He was so patient and kind while I was dealing with some booking issues on my end. By the time we arrived, the trailer was fully set up and ready to go. The bed in the trailer was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in while camping and the trailer was just perfect for our 3 day trip. I was AMAZED at how clean the trailer was when it was dropped off and everything worked as it should have. We had everything we needed and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be booking with Gustavo again! We highly recommend him!

RV was very clean and Gio was great.

Good unit for weekend getaway for two. Appreciated the delivery work by Gustavo and Gio. There are a few items to address for the owner- The main bed is very uncomfortable and should be upgraded. Fridge normally worked on propane but stopped on final day (it did work when hooked up to power). Frying pan Teflon flaking off and should be discarded.

The trailer was a great size and was delivered on time. Unfortunately, the fridge stopped working on us and there was no bowls or plates. So just make sure to bring your own. Owners were very responsive to messages and answered questions promptly

Unit was clean and easy to pull, all equipment was supplied.

Drop off and pick up was a dream! The setup was done so well and I appreciated all the work. One major downside was the comfort of the main bed. We could not use it because we could feel the space underneath in our backs. We ended up with my husband in our car one night because we could not use the bed, and I left a night early to chase some zzzzs If they fixed the board underneath this experience would be 5 stars!!

Gustavo & Giovanni were easy to make contact with and excellent service to pick up & return their RV. The trailer was perfect fit for this couple and had everything we needed. Thank you

This is my first time to rent an RV. It was a great camping experience with an RV. It was nice to meet Gustavo, easy to deal with him and had an exceptional service. We’ve liked the bunk beds set up that made the RV spacious. We’ll contact him again for our next RV renting needs in Red Deer area.

Overall a very good experience! Gus is a very friendly and helpful person to deal with. We had a little hiccup at the beginning with the water lines but everything got sorted out professionally and quickly. The trailer was extremely clean and everything worked well. I only started renting RV trailers last year using Outdoorsy Ap. It was great but i felt, this year the cost of service went up a lot. i came cross RVezy and found it was cheaper and user friendly and their service cost was reasonable. I will say, do your comparison before you book. I had my fair part of challengers in the past with with RV breaking down, water issue, plumbing issue and list goes on and on but NOT this time. It was a pleasure to meet Gustavo! talk about service at it best!. so helpful and clean RV. He checked all my concerns and insure i did not have to worry about anything. Great RV with close to zero deficiency. It was perfect for family of 5. Mom, Dad, Grandma and 2 kids! I am going to use him again in the next trip with in Red Deer!

Great unit, lots of camping chairs, very clean, great layout. The bed is very comfortable. Gustavo was accommodating for our short-notice rental. Quick pick up. Highly recommend!
