About Carsten

Carsten was a fantastic guest! Communication was clear and easy from start to finish. Everything was returned in excellent condition. It was a pleasure hosting him and his family, we’d be happy to rent to him again anytime.

While there was a bit of a hiccup at the beginning of our rental when we realized Carsten was unable to haul our trailer as planned, we quickly came to a solution that worked for both parties and we happily drove our trailer out to set up at their site. Carsten was very friendly and was happy to work with us to ensure their weekend adventure could continue as planned. His positivity made our interactions with him so pleasant and we were so happy to be able to make things work for him. He and his travel party took great care with our trailer and had everything clean and ready to go for pickup at the end of his stay. We would happily rent to Carsten again and hope to welcome him back again to our home away from home.
