This RV is amazing and so are the owners! They were very nice and helpful. Provided guidance and instructions even while we were on the road. The RV has everything you need. Is very spacious and can comfortably fit 8 ppl. Our family drove past Thunder Bay and never had any issues with the vehicle. They even showed us how to install a carseat for a 2yr that was travelling with us. Thank you Mike and Zu for being so wonderful!

Very beautiful RV, lots of space and beds. Fully geared with supplies and accommodating owners. Small damages from previous inexperienced renters is a shame so don’t expect to take this on if only ever driving a car but cosmetic damage didn’t effect the performance or capabilities of this RV.

Where to start. Mike and Zuzana were awesome to deal with. All our questions where answered and response time was excellent. Our trip was a straight 16 hour drive so we wanted it to go as smoothly as possible. Even once we arrived at our campsite I made another call to confirm a few questions about the power supply and sewage connections. I was given some simple step by step instructions and everything went as planned. The RV got quite a few complements from others staying in the same campsite as us. It is a true home away from home. The kitchen is a true kitchen. Plenty of space to prep for meals and a decent size fridge, freezer and stove withba microwave. The bathroom is surprisingly large for an RV. I'm 6ft 265lbs and I was able to use the shower just fine. We traveled as a group of 4 adults and one child (7yrs). They was plenty of options for sleeping but my daughter loved the overhead bunk bed. The back room/storage sleeps two adults just fine and has a separate door for privacy both from inside the RV and its own exit door so there is basically a separate unit on the back if privacy is needed (changing clothes or an early riser leaving to go for a walk and doesn't want to disturb anyone sleeping in the front half of the RV). My wife and myself slept in the loft area. The ceiling is low but with the privacy curtain, it's own TV and two windows it felt like it's own area in the RV. It has lots of storage. Going on such a long drive we packed almost everything we owned and it all fit. Outside storage is similar to a greyhound bus. We had a few totes and 6 large suitcases down there. We carried our groceries in and immediately stocked the fridge and freezer to save space. The fridge locks so everything was secure for the long drive. The pantry is narrow and long but well designed to slide into the wall as a space saver. The owners provide pots, pans, plastic plates and cups plus an assortment of cutlery and utensils plus a toaster. We opted to rent the BBQ which is compact but lots of space for hotdogs and burgers. Upon picking up the RV from Mike he asked me to do a pre inspection trip with him where he answered questions I had. The RV was handed over in excellent shape. Very clean and ready to go. On a few days that the heat was unbearable we used the air conditioning system and it was so nice to be able to step in and cool off when needed. It was nice sleeping in just the right temperature also. My overall review of the Outlaw toy hauler RV and the owners Mike and Zuzana is excellent. We would repeat this summer if I could get the time off work if not then we will plan for next summer. Our trip was to Shediac New Brunswick plenty of options out there for accommodations but once you have a road trip in something like this RV you've spoiled yourself and nothing else quite measures up to the experience. It truly is a home away for home. Thanks again Mike and Zuzana!

Zuzanna and Michael were fantastic to deal with. The RV was perfect for our wedding weekend for our family to use as our home away from home. Zuzanna went over all the details and both she and Michael were easy to reach if we had any questions. Everything was spotless and the RV was well equipped. We look forward to dealing with these guys again in the future.
