Kim is really nice, organized and experienced camper, she took good care of the trailer, super easy to work with, I am very thankful for her accommodation with the pickup and drop off time, she returned the trailer early for my following renter to pick up at their desired time, twice, really appreciated.

She was willing to return the unit earlier than usual so the next renter can have the unit earlier, I really appreciated her sacrifice and the cooperation.
