We loved the Banjo II! Louis and Tammy were wonderful, warm, and accommodating hosts, and have packed the Banjo II with all the amenities that make camping easy and enjoyable. Plenty of space and very comfortable for our family of four - both day and night. We were sad to return it and are already thinking about our next Banjo II adventure. Thank-you Louis and Tammy!! It was such a pleasure to meet Louis & Tammy and rent their precious RV for our trip. We were pleased with their professionalism for the whole process. I hate to say this, but we damaged the side of the window due to flying stones thrown up by an oncoming car during travel. We immediately called Louis when that happened and we were in panic with the whole situation. He was calm and did his best to fix the problem by calling his insurance company and find a repair shop near by. He encouraged us and told us that the importance is that all of us a not injured and able to continue our trip. Within 3 days, he gave us the amount of the damage charge which will be deducted from our security deposit. Knowing how much it cost made us relieved. It was such a beautiful RV, so we didn't want to do anything bad, but things happens even we are very careful. Because we had a horrible experience like that, we could tell his great personality. He didn't show any sign of irritation nor annoyances. It is easy to be nice when things a great, but it is hard to keep the spirit up when you know your precious RV is damaged, but all he did was cheer us up and hope for the great rest of the trip. I can't thank enough about how kind, professional and decent person they are. We were so lucky to rent this RV from Louis & Tammy. 5 stars absolutely and we want to put million stars if we could!

Another flawless rental of Banjo II. Clean and fully prepped for an adventure. I have rented many RV’s over the years and this has been the best rental experience we’ve had. Another great rental experience with Banjo II. Flawless!

Another great time with renting Banjo II !! This is the second time I have rented this unit in winter conditions (as low as -14C). It performs just as advertised. This is a 4 season unit with heated tanks and an optional insulated “skirt” that easily connects all around the base of the unit, shielding the undercarriage from freezing wind. The furnace had no problem keeping this new unit warm and snug. The advantage of a 4-season unit is that it is well insulated so that in the summer there is less need for the air conditioner to be running all the time. The hosts, Louis and Tammy are as accommodating as you will ever find and take extra care to ensure the unit is clean and well prepared for your trip.

Banjo II was a fabulous rental. Excellent and clean condition. Everything works! That’s no small thing since most rentals come with caveats regarding numerous things that don’t work. We had unseasonably cold weather in the Cariboo and spent several nights at -14 and were as snug as a bug in a rug. It’s a true 4 season Motorhome. Louis and Tammy are terrific hosts, accommodating, flexible and helpful.

This was a great experience from our first contact with Louis and Tammy. The motor home was well equipped, clean and roomy for our family of 4 including, two teenagers and a 4 month old puppy. We found it a perfect getaway during Covid because the RV was totally self contained with lots of storage for everything we needed! Definitely a trip to remember!

Banjo II was not our first choice as we would originally wanted a Class A RV in Vancouver but after a few unpleasant experiences with local offerings (cancellation after booking confirmation, owner wanting to make deals outside of Rvezy with different, more expensive, terms, etc...) we booked Louis and Tammy's unit. We could not have been happier. The RV was spacious, the kids loved the bed on the second floor, Louis was more concerned about our experience than trying to nickel and dime us for extras and offered free of charge, tent, bike racks, bikes, coffee machines, towels, extra lounge chairs, etc.... Even my daughter was allowed to bring her cat for the ride. The 'management' experience of this vacation was beyond expectations and we don't typically rate with 5 stars but in this case, we are happy to rate it at the highest level since Louis's efforts and easygoingness were well above our typical Hotel experience or private owner renting their gears. Coming from a critical consumer, this was a 5 stars experience. We would do it again.

Louis and Tammy are exceptional hosts - responsive to all our questions, made sure we were comfortable with all of the different options on the Banjo II, The Banjo II was well equipped and very clean - super comfortable. We felt Tammy and Louis went above and beyond for our trip. We would definitely rent from them again.

What a fantastic experience. Having rented rvs in the past this was our best experience. Louis was awesome in accomodating all of our needs. The rv was equiped with everything that we could have thought of needing. The rv is very clean and drives so smooth. It was really a great expeience renting from louis and tammy. My husband and I rented Banjo for 2 nights for a wedding in Little Fort. Our trip could not have gone better! My only complaint would be our holiday was not long enough haha. Louis is amazing to deal with, he made our pick up and drop off a breeze. When we arrived at our campsite, our set up was seriously done in 5 minutes! that is how easy this RV is to use! Leaving, exact same. This RV has everything you need, all you need is your food and suitcase. We will definitely be renting from Louise and Tammy again.

The BANJO II delivered an amazing vacation. We booked it at the beginning of July for 2 weeks to travel the Oregon coast and Silverwood with my wife, myself and my 8 year old son. From the very beginning Louis and Tammy were amazing. Answered all of our questions and helped up prepare for the big trip. We were worried about taking it across the border but Louis took it upon himself to talk to the border agents and the insurer to make sure it was going to go smoothly and it did. Upon arrival we were a little taken back by the size but after a few hours of driving it I found it handled smaller than it looked. Just use the mirrors and ‘the amazing backup camera. Louis took us through the whole rv. Showed us all the typical things we may run into and then took us for a quick test ride. Took maybe 45 minutes. There wasn’t a time where we though “I wish we had this” it is very well stocked right down to a hula umbrella for the beach. It has 2 flat screens (you can pick up tonnes of channels in the us) The shower actually fits a human with plenty of hot water. The gps systems work great (there is one for Canada and the US) everything is power operated, no hand cranking while on vacation. I think what we liked the most is how quick you can set up and tear down. We got it down to under 10 minutes. It was so nice to watch the other people struggle with hooking up their trailers while I sipped my coffee (which was included) and all we had to do is hit 3 buttons and disconnect the water, power and sewer and off we went on another adventure. There were a few nights we “dry camped” with no hookups but with the on-board generator it felt like a 5 star resort with a view. We thought it was going to be a pig on gas but I was pleasantly surprised. Of course being mostly in the states helps. For the propane we used $9.76 for the 2 weeks. Although we only used the furnace once. It was mostly used on the fridge. All in all it is and amazing rv run by an amazing couple. There was a couple times I had to text Louis about something stupid and he got right back to me. He took all the worry out of renting something like this. Really I should be writing a horrible review so no one wants to rent it and keep this little gem to myself but they treated my family like their own and we would love for others to experience the Banjo II.
