David requested more mileage than on the add which I agreed to. Due to a typo on the departure mileage I accidentally tried charging him for mileage which I corrected and apologized for as soon as he mentioned it. David then complained about how dirty the RV was when they picked it up (my wife had cleaned it right before) and that they used their own sheets (we provided lots of sheets and blankets that they chose not to use). They said they had a great time and the RV was just what they needed. They returned the RV clean. Got the sense they were looking for something to complain about to get even more of a discount even though I already gave a deal on mileage.
