She was kind and patient with us as she showed us how to use everything on the trailer. There were a few issues with the trailer. Some things were broken but we found a way around it and we’re able to enjoy our vacation. These items will soon be fixed so they shouldn’t be an issue for anyone looking to rent. Jenn was quick to offer suggestions and overall was a pleasure to deal with.
