Communication was very good throughout the process and was available for any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Trailer was as advertised and we had a pleasant experience. This was our first experience in a popup tent trailer as we were looking to purchase and thought we would rent before we purchased.

Owner was super responsive, communicative, understanding and flexible! Made for a super smooth hand off both times and allowed great leeway with pickup/drop off times. Trailer has a great layout and space despite being on the smaller side and super light for towing!
