Shawn was really timely with his responses and easy to talk to. The trailer was well kept and had bedding and all the things you would need to get by on a camping weekend, like forks, plates, spices and pans etc, which a lot of other trailers on this site don’t come with. The trailer was huge and could easily sleep a family with 4 kids. The only not awesome thing was that the awning was broken from a previous renter and I don’t believe the listing reflected that when I booked the rental, so we didn’t have an awning for the very sunny weekend. Other than that, Shawn and the trailer were great.

Mixed feelings about the experience. Shawn was great at making sure the camper arrived on time and set up the unit. For a real newbie this was greatly appreciated, but he was also paid very well to do this. Shawn gave me a walk thru and showed me how to use the generator. Two things he failed to mention were how to use the heat in the unit and that I would need to have the portable generator running to use the plug ins. Two basic things that any experienced camper would know, but I was very honest about the fact that I am not a camper and have not done this before. The advertisement was misleading in two way; - The first was the most annoying - we were charged a cleaning fee and then told as he finished his walk thru that we had to clean the unit. We agreed to do this and did a good job. After coming home and looking at the rental agreement I confirmed that I paid for cleaning. Ahh the kicker, when I asked about this he stated that he had to was the sheets. Due to Covid we provided the majority of the bedding. Any hotel I stay in has to wash the linens, they due not charge me for this but include it in the rate charged. - The second issue I had was in relation to the inclusion of the generator. The listing clearly states that a generator is included and is unlimited. The listing lists an onboard generator. Shawn provided and external small generator at a surcharge. I was never given a clear explanation about this although I did ask. The final reason that I gave such a low review was that when I asked him about both of the above issues he refused to discuss it or come to an agreement. His resolution was not to respond at all. I value clear communication and I am flexible,

Lots of room for our family of 4, kids loved the bunk beds. Had everything we needed to enjoy our getaway!

We rented Shawn’s trailer for a week of camping. Shawn was very quick to respond to all of our inquiries before the trip and made pick up really convenient. Shawn walked us through all aspects of his trailer which was great. Any first time campers would feel very confident walking away from Shawn’s walk through. The trailer was well stocked with all the little things you might have forgotten in your packing. The trailer was spacious and clean, obviously well taken care of. Return was just as easy and convenient as pick up. Shawn was a fantastic renter and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again. Thanks for a great summer vacation Shawn!

Our family had a great experience in this RV. The RV was clean and stocked with the necessary items. Good size RV for a large family. Sean is very easy going and flexible.

It was fabulous! Everything from the beginning to the end. Rvezy and Shawn were both excellent and very professional. We would use Rvezy again and if we were in the Calgary area again we will love to booking Shawn again. We have been telling everybody about Rvezy and Shawn. The trailer was more then what we expected.
