This is a nice,clean trailer that is suitable for small families. Minimally stocked. Hot water heater was not functioning for our trip. Emerald was somewhat difficult to reach however she did come out to our site to have a look. Unfortunately she was not able to resolve the issue. Would have been 3/5 if they hadn't made an effort to look at the issue

My family and I had a wonderful time with this trailer. The owners delivered it to the campsite, set everything up, showed us how everything worked, then picked up the trailer at the end of our stay. Everything went smoothly and the trailer itself was perfect for two adults and two children. Excellent communication throughout made for an amazing experience. Thank you so much!

This trailer was just perfect for our family of 4. It is lightweight, easy to hook up and tow. All the tools, hoses and towing, setting up and dumping are available. Only thing missing is the fresh water hose didn't have the brass nozzle that would made filling water a little easier, but it still worked. Very clean and functional. The fridge is a good size and is much deeper than it looks. The beds were comfortable, dark blinds, good A/C, and the bunks were great with our kids. The layout is great with the slide out and has lots of storage. Emerald is very pleasant and flexible with pick up and return times. She answered all my questions during booking. Especially like that the windows for kids bunks face opposite side to the campsite. This helps for putting kids to bed and keeps them from peering outside while the adults chill outside. Will definitely rent again!

The RV worked perfectly for our needs, we are 5 (3 kids). The owner was very responsive, would rent off her the same RV again!

The owner Emerald was very easy to communicate with. We were running late for pickup and she was very accommodating. It was our first time to rent an RV and the experience was great.

Emerald was an excellent host! Very responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The trailer was cozy and well laid out. Only thing that would have been helpful to know is the grey water tank is *very* small - it was almost full after washing one night's dishes. An excess tank to drain it was really helpful though.
