Minimally stocked. Hot water heater was not functioning for our trip. Emerald was somewhat difficult to reach however she did come out to our site to have a look. Unfortunately she was not able to resolve the issue. Would have been 3/5 if they hadn't made an effort to look at the issue

- Tam T.Jul 2022This trailer was just perfect for our family of 4. It is lightweight, easy to hook up and tow. All the tools, hoses and towing, setting up and dumping are available. Only thing missing is the fresh water hose didn't have the brass nozzle that would made filling water a little easier, but it still worked. Very clean and functional. The fridge is a good size and is much deeper than it looks. The beds were comfortable, dark blinds, good A/C, and the bunks were great with our kids. The layout is great with the slide out and has lots of storage. Emerald is very pleasant and flexible with pick up and return times. She answered all my questions during booking. Especially like that the windows for kids bunks face opposite side to the campsite. This helps for putting kids to bed and keeps them from peering outside while the adults chill outside. Will definitely rent again!

Only thing that would have been helpful to know is the grey water tank is *very* small - it was almost full after washing one night's dishes. An excess tank to drain it was really helpful though.

Imran Q.Jun 2026It was a pleasure renting to Reignelda and Emerald. They were knowledgeable and easy to work with. The RV was well taken care of. Would definitely rent to again!
