The unit was spotless, with fresh towels and linen. The owners were easy to communicate with. Christy was very quick to respond to any questions we had and the trailer was clean, well equipped, and a pleasure to use! We were on a non electrical site, but that didn’t affect being able to use the lights, fridge and even the gas stove a couple of times. Propane only ran out on night 6, but Christy was quick to help me get the second tank flowing and the fridge and freezer up and running again! Would not hesitate to rent it again in the future. Highly recommended!!!!

However, we ran out of water after 1 day and used it very minimally (a few flushes, rinsing a few dishes and hand washing - no showers or anything). This made us believe it wasn’t filled before our arrival. They did come and fill it up for us after mentioning it. The Gray water was also at 2/3 after 1 day so it must not have been emptied prior either, after 2 days it was full and started coming up from the shower. It smelled horribly and we could barely sleep. There were also towels and sheets with holes in them and a small stain on the bedsheets.
