Aining is very friendly, accommodating and has everything ready and set-up for us including camping chairs and awning when we arrive, he made sure everything are working well and properly and all we have to do is enjoy our camping. The trailer is very clean and neat, my family did enjoyed so much. Thank you Aining. Highly recommend this trailer and the owner.

Thanks for letting us rent your trailer. We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few bumps in the road. When booking, we paid for the use of linens and the owners provided nice new linens but some items were missing. The owners were quick to make it right. We arrived at our destination and realized the black water tank had not been emptied properly (presumably by last renters). Owners were quick to make it right again. Unit is advertised as everything you need, but some essential items (for example: hot dog sticks, axe, lighter, coffee mugs, dishcloths, dish soap) were not included. I was towing the trailer with a half ton pickup and it was not the easiest trailer to tow (seemed to catch the wind and whip the truck a bit, not sure if it is due to weight distribution, wheels being set back further than on other trailers, or not having the weight distribution hitch set up correctly). The owners were great to deal with, very flexible and friendly.

It was amazing! Aining was awesome to work with, We were 1st time campers and he made it so easy and he was so accommodating and answered all of our questions we would definitely rent from him again!

Aining and his wife were great to deal with. They were accommodating of both our pick up and drop off times. They offered a kayak which we were unfortunately unable to use due to it not fitting in our truck with our other supplies. During our trip, Aining was available to answer questions that we had. Overall, it was a great experience and we would rent with them again.

My husband and I enjoyed our camping trip. Aiming had everything you need to set up easily. The fridge needed a little wipe down but other than that everything went great. Aiming has his son meet us at the storage lot and Ryan was helpful polite and on time. We would recommend.

Accommodated early and late pickup/drop off times

The trailer was nice and the host was very responsive!

We had some hiccups in the beginning with the trailer. The water pump wasn’t working but owner accommodated us by providing another one of this trailers which was great. Very quick to respond when we did have issues. We had a great trip. Pick up and drop off was very accommodating for our timings as well. Thanks so much!

No towels provided of any kind. Waiting to hear back if anything was left behind but haven't heard back.

This RV was rented for our parents for a wedding. Upon first inspection it was in rather dirty condition, there was several patched areas on the trailer, the table cushions were glued to the back rests. A non issue due to only two people sleeping in it. Once we got to location to set up it was then noticed the water pump never pumped water due to pinched water line. Had to open it and hold it open with vice grips. Both garbages still had garbage in them, the awning was missing a knob to hold the framework. Not noticed when it was folded up. The bed was paper thin and parents could not sleep in the bed. All in all this trailer was neglected by the owner and money was being taken for rentals without doing much needed repairs and upkeep. Cushions were dirty and stained. Noted in the pretrip and floors were not really cleaned. I communicated my disappointment and was almost about to return it which he did answer my concerns but we opted to only keep it for a bed as we’d already spent several hours moving trailers and had no time to make alternate arrangements. Our parents ended up having to travel to and from Leduc for the wedding as they could not sleep in the trailer. When i went to return it i dunked the same wage, flushed out the trailer and messaged i was on my way. He texted back to ask if i could come after 5:00 PM. I replied yea and around 4:30 let him know i’d be shortly after five. I arrived at the gate and messaged him around 5:05-5:10. He never rolled. I waited another fifteen minutes and messaged again thati needed to go and was about to leave his trailer if he couldn’t come let me in, never replied. I messaged my wife and she suggested calling. I tried to call and he never answered. After approximately fifty minutes to an hour i called him again and he finally answered and i asked if he was coming to let me in and i was ready to leave his trailer at the gate. He said he was on his way and then i replied to hurry up as i had other errands to run to which he replied “FUCK OFF” with a raised voice. I would recommend again and clearly feel if this is how he treats his equipment and his clients he should not be publicly renting to clients through a business as it is about the money only and not the satisfaction of clients or their needs

The trailer was very dirty when we picked it up… the seal on the door is broken so the trailer filled with dust from driving down to our camping spot. The sensors are broken so you are unsure if any tanks are full or empty. Communications were also sub par as compared to other people we’ve rented from.

Originally booked 4 nights. Had to change to 2 nights half way through. The trailer was disgusting inside. No cleaning was done before we picked it. We had to spend 2 hours deep cleaning, sanitizing before we left. The toilet was filthy, food left in the sink. We were refunded the cleaning fee but the Owners son apologized on drop off saying he didn't have time to clean it before we picked it up. Like WTF?? Be very cautious renting this trailer.
