Alexandre S.Aug 2023Our experience with this RV was horrible. From day one there were issues with the plumbing. After two service technicians and several days wasted on our vacation, it still was not rectified for the full two weeks of our vacation. The issues were a result of poor winterization and the host did not verify the plumbing before our departure (though they continually claim they did). The tent sections of this RV, where the full beds (not queens) are found, leaked in heavy rains leaving us waking with soaked mattresses and pillows. Also there was also a considerable amount of black mold on the tent sections caused by moisture with some rips in the netting. We also carried a full tank of fresh water all the way to PEI from Ottawa as the host was unaware that the tank was full. The tires on this RV are very worn and should be replaced for safety reasons. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for an RV rental. But if you do decide to rent this RV, do yourself a favor and check over every aspect of this RV before leaving - don’t expect that the host would have done so. For complete transparency the host did refund half of the funds that were passed along to them through RVezy (along with refunds from RVezy that amounted to 45% of the cost of the rental). However, for the headaches, issues, effort and time lost on our vacation, I do not feel they should have profited from this rental.

Tout y était sauf les assiettes et ustensils et verres mais sinon air climatisé fonctionne bien et chauffage aussi. Un peu de difficulté à ouvrir l'auvent mais on a quand même reussit à l'installer. Quand nous avons aviser le propriétaire dit qu'il va le faire réparer avant notre prochaine location :)

The owners were very accommodating and helpful going out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a little welcome package with something for each member of our party. Happy to recommend them.
