Great customer friendly and very respectful of the unit

Unfortunately this was not a great experience for either side. I went over and above to accommodate them. I can not change the weather and demanding a refund when you chose to have me pick up the trailer early is not my fault. I did give back 50% of the 3 nights minus the Rvezy fee. Caitlin and her family are nice people I am sure but I would not rent to them again.
