Great rental (our second time renting from Joel). Clean trailer, great communications and a big favour to help me out after I screwed up the dates for the rental. Definitely recommend and would rent from Joel again.

Trailer rental was fantastic. We had Joel drop off - deliver the trailer for us and he set it up and levelef it for us. Trailer was SUPER clean and bed was really comfortable. Communication was also really good. We would definitely rent from Joel again.

Delivery, setup and explanation of how everything worked was well communicated, Joel was very friendly, accommodating, trailer was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend and would use again. The unit had a very bad egg smell like propane leak and we reported to the owner. We were not able to stay in the unit or keep the air-conditioning on and use for an office as we intended as the smell was giving staff headaches so we just used for storage during the festival. Not happy unfortunately and the cost was not worth what we were able to use it for. Hoping there is some kind of rebate. We were very busy working the festival and so this problem was not appreciated for the amount we were paying.

Another great rental! We rented this Heartland trailer from Joel for a weekend away with my wife and I, two small dogs (made an exception) and three kids. The trailer configuration worked perfectly. Everything was in great shape and the setup/tear down was seamless thanks to the walkthrough and ongoing support Joel provided before, during and after our rental. Top notch choice for a family getaway. Joel was easily accessible, friendly and beyond helpful.

This camper was perfect for our family of 5 on our east coast trip. It was in very good condition, clean and well equipped for all our needs. The owner gave a very thorough walk through of everything before departing and responded to messages immediately during our time away. We would book this trailer again and would recommend it for others.
