About Sajid

The owner is amazing, friendly, and easy to deal with! The trailer had its hiccups, which is why it’s receiving a two star review. The beds are not both queens, as stated in the ad. The beds are also extremely uncomfortable (original trailer mattresses). The trailer was mostly clean when we got it but there was a bit of garbage from the previous users in the cupboards. I also expected there to be more in terms of kitchen supplies and a broom to sweep out the trailer when needed. The awning was not usable, despite being told it was and it was needed because it rained one of the days we were camping. The propane mount was broken as well. Many little fixes and the overall experience would have been better. Again, the owner is very easy to deal with.

Sajid is a very nice person to deal with. He explained everything very well before we start our trip and he's very flexible with pickup and drop off . I will definitely rent the trailer from him again.

We had an amazing first time camping trip. The tent trailer was spacious enough for our family of five, clean and easy to set up!

We had a smooth experience on pick up and Sajid was very helpful and flexible with pick up times. The unit was tidy and easy to set up. We had an issue with the door closing probably but we messaged Sajid and he asked us to call right away so he could help! We did have issues at the end of our booking. The winch pulled off the trailer frame when we tried to wind it down. It was mechanical failure and we called Sajid and he heard what happened and drove straight out to where we were camping and we were all able to release it down to close it. Sajid took the trailer from where we camped and did not make us tow it back to the city which was very appreciated. Sajid was very apologetic and we would for sure rent again!

This trailer was perfect for my family of four (9 and 5 year old children). We all have plenty of room to sleep (my youngest really enjoyed sleeping on the table that converts into a bed). Sajid was great to work with. Very responsive and accommodating. We don’t have a hitch on our SUV and had to have Sajid tow it for us and set it up, which worked out very well. We would definitely rent the trailer again next year.
