Great to meet you! Very experienced and trailer was returned in great condition

Renters were very friendly and clean. Water pump leaked first night, renter texted and since they opted out of insurance we drove the 150kms to see if we could fix without needing parts as it was after hours Left the trailer with no leaks. When we did arrive at trailer the stabilizer on the back of the trailer was not down which we had demonstrated and told the importance of. We lowered for them and mentioned if they needed to move the trailer to ensure the lowered both stabilizers to avoid any damage. Next morning renter texted indicating the pump was now leaking from a new spot. We can Found a parts store open (Canada Day), drive 45 there to pick up then another 150km to the trailer to install it. Left the trailer with no leaks and renter did not experience any other leaks. When we rented trailer we did ask if they had power and water hooks ups which they said they did, but it turns out they only had power-no water hookups. Spent 8 hours driving to fix for them. 4 star only because they didn’t disclose they had no water hookups when we specifically asked and they didn’t use stabilizers which could have caused damage had we not of went there and lowered.
