He was fair and didn't charge any return fees, for cleaning or damages etc. (We did return it very well cleaned) The trailer was in okay condition. There was still toothpaste (I hope) in the sink. The microwave was loose in its cabinet - it looked like the hardware that was to hold it in place had been broken.

It had everything we needed, and with the range of weather we experienced, both the heater and the AC kept us warm and cool when needed. John was an awesome host, giving us a thorough introduction before we departed and he was readily available to answer any questions we had throughout our trip. We would love to rent this unit again and highly recommend it to other renters.
