About Paul

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with Paul. While on his trip, he addressed some issues with the trailer that was out of my control, so I compensated him for it. However, he was having issues with appliances that was in my control, and when I offered help by asking questions to troubleshoot, he ignored me. I understood his frustration, but it triggered mine when I got the trailer back and discovered these appliances actually worked. I wish we could have had better communication to make the rental better for both of us.
