Had a great experience picking up the trailer, was provided detailed instructions on the use of the various amenities; A/C and heater, hot water tank, awning and pushout controls, grey and black tank requirements, etc. Setup onsite went well and as per expected, the trailer was very comfortable and roomy, we all were impressed and enjoyed the weekend! Returning the unit went just as smooth. Kelsey was excellent to work with. The entire experience was a pleasure, we are looking forward to the next time we want to repeat the fun!
