Ken's rv was as beautiful in person as in the pics. Ken was very easy to deal with. We were able to pick it up and return it at our leisure. My husband and I had a great time.

We had a great time in Ken’s beautiful Sprinter van. It was clean and comfortable. Ken was easy to work with and responsive to our questions. Thank you Ken! 😊

Ken is very nice, very helpful. RV rentals are tough because there is so much to learn with each RV being unique but Ken is there to help.

Owner Ken Wang was super helpful. He took the time to orient us to the various electronic aspects of the RV before departure and then was very accessible via text and phone when we had questions during our trip.

Ken is great! We found out some issues later so wish it was all clear

Do not rent this van. Was informed that the sensors for fluid levels were not functioning so we had no idea the state of the black or grey tanks. The toilet smelled bad when we picked it up and within 24 hours the shower drain started backing up and smelly water started leaking into our campsite. Ken’s response was to just not use the water. Duh, the whole point of renting this was so we’d be self contained. We had to cut our vacation short, clean up a stinky mess at the campsite, then again at our house since the leaking continued as we unloaded our stuff. I have requested and am waiting for a refund.
