James S.Jul 2023If you need a comfortable RV to use for the week this is it. Pickup and drop off are difficult, and not at the address as advertised. Serviceable unit for a couple or family of 4 with small kids.

He told us that the prior renters had a tire blow and when I expressed my concerns over the tire conditions he had them checked and when a bulge in another tire was found he made sure he replaced all tires before we left. Mechanically the RV ran great but the kitchen package was lacking and poor at best. We had to purchase new frying pan and pot, mugs and glasses, towels for kitchen and bath as well as cleaning supplies which he did reimbursed us for but we were still charged for kitchen rental. Also the grey water tank was leaking and needed repair. All this said, if Jeffrey addresses these issues and does a better job of cleaning between rentals, this RV is well worth the rental price.

He was thorough with the check-in process to ensure I was happy with how everything worked and responded to any additional questions I had promptly. I would definitely recommend renting from him, I know I will be again soon!
