About Callie

Callie was quite wonderful to deal with in person. However, an emphasis on due diligence would benefit her in the future. For example, being aware of the wiring harness needed to pull the trailer (picture included in the rental ad), and hitch towing capacity (trailer weight included in the ad) would save time for both renter and trailer owners. An emphasis on communicating arrival time before hand to drop off the trailer would have been appreciated. Callie ensured the trailer was brought back clean.
