About Kurtis

I have to apologize for the frustration Kurtis and his family experienced with the water pump. I was not made aware from the previous renters that it was not working. Kurtis did the phone calls and running around to buy the part needed and fixed it. I e-transferred the funds immediately. Thank you for that. They expressed their concern for some areas in the trailer that were not cleaned to their liking. With this I will return a full day’s rental fee and the cleaning fee totalling $180 for their troubles. They had some recommendations for improvement that I will try to implement for next year’s camping season. The trailer was returned without any foreseeable issues.
