RV was great for what we needed it for. Showing wear from many renters, but still comfortable. Could use a deep clean inside but overall comfortable and has everything you need.

RV was everything we hoped for. It made our vacation extremely easy especially with the little ones. Ron was excellent to deal with and explained everything we would needed to know.

Had a few minor issues during our trip, but we were able to resolve them quickly. Ron was quick to respond and is now aware of the small issues we had and plans to complete the repairs between customers. Gas mileage was as expected - We drove 3000kms, averaging about 700 to 800kms per tank (200L tank). Thanks for being accommodating with our schedule, Ron.

Hi, I would like to open a dispute , but it looks like the button “open dispute” doesn’t work. First time we book with rvezy and we will not recommend the platform / service to other travelers/ - we tried to reach rvezy at least 10 times during our trip but we could not reach you. - the rv was not clean when we received it : 0.5 days to clean it - it came with little equipment / 3 small pots , 6 plates , no glass, bowls, few cutlery for 7 people... we spend 200 dollars acquiring descent kitchen ware. -we had many issues when hooking to fresh water: the overall black water system overflew in the rv overnight- it seems that this rv cannot regulate the water pressure coming from outside : we had to clean our all bags, clothes which stayed in our bags (because cupboards when not so clean) and the all rv: again 0.5days. - at two occasions it rained at night and it happened that water got into the rv, again dirtying floor but also cupboards where kitchen ware were stored: again 0.5 days of cleaning plus trouble dealing with all these issues - fridge stopped working when battery went low: we lost groceries and deep frozen food for 2 days - estimated 200 dollars. -tired of so many issues with a rv which drives well but is not ready to accommodate people always on the go , we almost thought of going to the hotel with the kids as it was quite painful to live in such conditions - also were we scared with infections as black water and dirty water several times over spilled or flew into the home part of the RV. We eventually shortened our trip of one day and returned the rv on early Sunday 21rst. We found Ron, the owner of the rv, very friendly, supportive and comprehensive and he did propose a 1000 dollars refund if we returned the rv on Wednesday 17th, or 500 dollars if returned on 21st. Fact is that we already booked our trip and we did not want to ruin our all holidays. We decided to keep the rv until 21st but we tried to contact rvezy without any chance. We estimate the overall lack of time, money, stress generation and holidays waste over 2000 dollars (without speaking about immaterial damage ) and we take rvezy partially responsible for our misadventure. So we accept the effort from Ron at 500 dollars but we will definitely consider the case closed when rvezy / Ron refunds 1000 dollars which equals 30% of the overall renting.(2982 dollars for 14 days). We accept to meet half way and accept our loss of 1000 + dollars. Looking forward to reading / hearing from you and for a proposal to close this case in a fair way. Ron was fantastic. We had a few issues with the RV but even at 1130pm, Ron was looking on internet and making phone calls to help us. The RV drives great and everything we needed was there. I will rent again and definitely recommend renting with Ron.

Ron was a pleasure to deal with and the rv was perfect for our group. Everything worked great and it was very comfortable. Easy to drive.

Voyager was perfect for our March winter weekend at Mew Lake in Algonquin Park. Ron was very smooth and accommodating to our schedule, and everything worked as promised. Would recommend!

Ron and the motor home were a great success. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. We would rent from him again for sure !

Cathy and I rented Ron’s RV for 13 days. We took it out to Edmonton and back. Ron is a great guy. He made it very easy for pick up and return times. His RV is very easy to handle and has everything you need for a 2 day trip or 2 week trip. Thank you again Ron and RVEASY for making our trip so special.

What an amazing trip Great guy by the name of RON made my last long weekend of the year , one of the best weekends I have ever had with his hospitality and welcoming attitude..great man with great RV we had lots of fun ...easy pick up and drop of . Ron was very helpful with the rv walk around and explained in detail how the rv works. The rv itself was clean, roomy and easy to drive which made for a great trip. Ron always responds quickly to texts and was very helpful throughout our trip. Would recommend renting from Ron.

Ron was extremely helpful! And thankfully provided an excellent run-though of the RV. During the trip, he was also very responsive and answered any of our text-messages promptly, (thank you Ron!) He was also very flexible in the pick-up and drop-off times so this was a huge bonus for my family as we could get our trip started as early as we needed. The unit itself drove very well. Everything worked. He even provided sheets and blankets and pillows which was a nice add-on, as well as board games for entertainment. All-in-all, it was a great decision to book through RVezy & Ron! Thanks again!
