Marnie and Terry were great. Responsive and accommodating. Unit was in really good condition. Easy to drive. A few minor things were a bit worn out. Per day price seems a bit high in comparison to other units.

We had a wonderful adventure with "Bob" traveling through Banff and Jasper for two weeks. Terry and Marni were very good to work with and quick to respond to any concerns. We were able to stay in National Parks and in a few parking lots when camp sites weren't available. A self sufficient vehicle for sure. Lots of extras (camp chairs, portable BBQ , etc) included. Would definitely rent from them again.

Our long weekend with BOB was nothing short of awesome! Terry and Marni gave us an incredible run-through of everything we needed to know, and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. Terry and Marni are wonderful people and accommodated our late arrival and any questions we had. BOB was stocked with all our entertainment and exploration needs, we truly just needed to bring our clothes and food and we were set! The driving itself was great! We drove about 750km and had no issues. Even though we are newbies to driving a motorhome, BOB drove like a dream! My husband and I travelled with our one year old daughter and our pup and there was plenty of room for everyone (even a pack and play crib for our daughter to sleep in)! We look forward to renting BOB from Terry and Marni every year for a family trip! :)

"Bob" is everything you read about in the description and in the other reviews already posted. Has everything you could want for your RV adventure including camp chairs, portable grill with table, provided linens, and kitchen with all the tools you need. In addition, all the appliances (fridge, freezer, oven/stove, bathroom, generator, water heater) work superbly. Terry has loaded the entertainment system with a whole library of current and classic movies. Terry and Marni are as easy to work with as you could hope for. They give a superb overview before handing you the keys and after heading down the road we had one question about the portable grill and had an answer back in 5 minutes. It was my first time driving something this big but I had no issues handling the rig, including in the relatively tight streets of Watertown in Waterton National Park. Our family of 2 adults and 2 children (girls aged 10 and 12) and 2 medium sized dogs had plenty of comfortable sleeping room. We give Marni, Terry and Bob a big thumbs up.

Terry and Marnie were excellent hosts and the RV, Bob, was a wonderful home for our week in the Rockies. We had everything we could ask for, and more - they even let us borrow invaluable items that were not included in the rental at no extra charge, for which we were extremely grateful. Thank you again - we would not hesitate to recommend this rental.

Bob is an excellent machine. It is basically new and has many handy automated features. Terry and Marnie are fantastic people and very easy to work with. They went out of their way to help us have a great vacation. They outfitted the RV with many handy items for our trip at no charge, and were exceptionally flexible with helping us start and end our trip easily. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Bob, and his handlers Marnie and Terry!

Excellent communication and support. Marnie and Terry made the experience a breeze and provided lots of guidance for a newbie (no more). We took Bob with our 2 daughters to Old Macdonald Resort. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Terry & Marnie were the perfect owners; friendly, helpful and very understanding. "Bob" is a beast of an RV but very easy to drive and very powerful uphill which is useful if your touring the Rockies. Its easily big enough for 5/6 people even though we were only 4. It has everything including an outside shower hose and outside TV as well as one inside! Bathroom is pretty spacious for an RV and the slide out makes for a very generous living kitchen area. The main rear bed is thankfully hotel quality so a good nights sleep was easy. This might be slightly more $$s than some others, but you don't get a mileage surcharge and the extras like camp seats, BBQ, firepit etc make it well worth the extra. We had a great 8 days. Great experience, pick up was easy and informative everything needed for a couple days away in Banff. Only slight negative was sleeping space was a little tight for 6 adults, but other than that everything worked very well.

"BOB" is an excellent motor-home. It was great having it for our long weekend camping trip. It has everything you can possibly need. Motor-home is in great shape. most of the features are fully automatic which reduces your setup time significantly. Owners are amazing couple to rent from. They are so flexible, co-operative and helpful. definitely recommended. looking forward to rent it again from them.
