He arranged the pickup time and location with us in advance, and during the handoff he gave us a very detailed walkthrough of all the trailer’s features and functions. He was also very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly throughout the trip. When we returned the trailer, Frank was very patient and professional. Since we didn’t use any gas and had already cleaned the black and grey water tanks, he immediately refunded the prepaid fees to us. Frank treated every one of our questions seriously and made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. We were very satisfied with this trip and would highly recommend him as a host.

We had a couple electrical issues with the battery/solar but Frank was extremely helpful and even offered to drive 4 hours to have a look and fix it (which was way beyond my expectations). He was extremely responsive and thorough with his communication. I’m sure the issues will be easily resolved and I would be very happy to recommend renting this trailer.
