Hood cleaned up and very honest

Luis is very nice and communication was mostly good. My trailer was left very dirty and looked like not a lot of care was taken of the equipment and keeping anything a little bit in order.

For their first time renting an RV, EVER! it could have been worse. The renter communicated throughout the whole rental, but we will need to work on logistic and cleaning better next time!
