We took it about 3500 miles and it completely supported our 6 meber family to every destination we desired. Communication was promptly addressed and any questions we had were answered. Even in our unsure situations the host and the RV came through.- Stefan O.Jun 2024Delivered by hostIn pretty good condition but not a “brand new RV”. Unfortunately extra fees were charged for things we didn’t use and there was no way on earth to get them refunded. Overall extra fees were very hefty, increasing the price substantially over an already elevated price, more in line with a luxury vacation. The RV wasn’t delivered to us in person and had to figure out a lot of things on our own or via text message. Apparently the meters on the septic don’t work properly, we though the tank was full all the time so we couldn’t use the water, etc.

The van is new and in generally good shape and met our needs and expectations for 25 days of traveling to the National Parks in the southwest. The only issue was that the foldout table was broken off by the previous renters and had not been repaired. We managed fine without the table, but it would have been nice to have at times.

At the time of pick up last week Alex even helped me lift and attach my E-bike. I have a 17 day road trip planned in early October. I am looking forward to renting their van again. I recommend renting from Yaroslav without hesitation.

Alexander Y.Aug 2023We had a great experience with the host on our first RV trip. Host was very nice and the price was very reasonable and RV was greatly maintained. We think the communication can be a bit better as when picking up the RV, we weren't sure how it works but was told to pick up the RV at 3pm and I have requested if I can pick it up earlier but no clear answer was given to me. It was more like I think I can get it before 3pm but no exact time was given. On the day of pick-up I kept texting and calling and got the RV a bit early but if I hadn't called not sure if I was able to pick-up the RV early. Also during the trip, had some questions and issues with RV and texted to ask but got slow response. But other than that, they were willing to help and tried to resolve our issues and also were very nice and professional.

The van is alright but lacks maintenance so it is has advertised and worth the price. Host was fair about it though and gave us a discount.
- Thomas J.Nov 2024Our trip was significantly compromised by the onboard master control panel and inverter not working the whole time (18 days). Multiple attempts to fix them were unsuccessful. I had to charge my CPAP with generator or grid power. We were able to use mobile RVMaster for van functions. After considerable effort, I was reimbursed one days rent but with gas ( $44.25) subtracted. The total bill was over $ 6400. In addition, my personal car which was parked in the suggested location was rear ended and totalled while we were on the road. A real annoyance then and ongoing. Finally the van itself had poor suspension causing an inordinate amount of bouncing and road noise.
