About Ann

Cannot recommend enough! Absolute pleasure communicating & meeting Ann. It was exactly as described and collecting it & dropping it off went fantastically well. Would 100% use again if/when we come back to Vancouver Island.

Ann was a joy to deal with. Her motorhome suited us and the kids perfectly, and was very clean and ready to go. Her response time was super quick and she was incredibly helpful/accommodating to our pick up and drop off time requests so we could catch our ferry reservations. Would absolutely rent from her again!

As a first time renter we learned a lot about what to ask beyond what is posted. Confirming a pick up address would have been good on both sides as we wasted 45 minutes without cell service looking for an incorrect address.

We rented Ann's RV for 7 nights in July and had a great trip up around the north island. Ann was friendly and very responsive both before we left and while we were away. We had a couple of small glitches along the way, but she always got back to us quickly and helped us sort everything out. One issue turned out to be that our campsite had no power. Ann even had her son call us to help troubleshoot and make sure the problem wasn't with the RV (it wasn't) which we really appreciated. The RV is an older model, but it runs well and was reliable for our whole trip. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, and it came with nice, clean bedding and towels. There were 2 camping chairs, an outdoor rug, and a propane BBQ available to use as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to rent from Ann again.
