About Stefan

Stefan rented our trailer for 3 nights. I should have communicated more clearly my expectations for cleaning the trailer and a return time. They returned the trailer at 830 at night after we had talked about having it returned by 6pm. I had to take it to storage and get back home to be up for work at 5am the next morning. I did not mark down a 6pm return time on the paperwork so that comes back on me. The rvezy website says the cleaning fee is what is charged to get the trailer 'ready' for the rental and that it is supposed to come back in the same condition as it was left with the renter on delivery date. It did not. Our trailer was spotless on delivery and it was not on return. I now have to spend 2 hours getting it back to where i can start geting it ready and clean for the next renter. Disrespectful and frustrating. I did make sure to take before and after photos for clarification. Stefan also allowed a friends dog into our trailer when my ad clearly states no animals and they signed the contract saying they would have no animals. The dog chewed one of the blinds by the kitchen table. The blind was replaced but not with the original one. It is nice to have a blind but the original would have been nice too. Needless to say I was not impressed and will not be renting to this renter again.

Experienced with trailers so minimal orientation needed, communication good.
