He was available during the trip when I had questions and even made the drive out to double check things when I thought there was an issue with the water tank. Communication before, during and afterthe trip was very clear and Steve was very responsive. He was able to walk me through a few things I did not know about the RV when I was actually on site with it. The drop off and pick up by his guys were on time and as expected. I would definitely rent from him again.
