About Ryan

This is the second year that we have rented this trailer. It is a great little trailer has everything that you need. Ryan is very easy to communicate with. The trailer was very clean. Overall, it was another great experience with this trailer!

Ryan was really great to deal with! We was very responsive and helpful. We had a small issue and he dealt with it quickly and easily. The trailer itself is a bit older and a little rough around the edges. Trailer does need a thorough cleaning to make it more appealing for use . All we used it for was sleeping so can't review how things work or didn't work.

Ryan Is very kind and quick to respond. This was our first time and his first time. There was some confusion over the hitch cost and that it was listed in the amenities. He didn’t challenge that. The power Jack did not work and we had to rig up supports to level the trailer. We did drain the lines ourselves and though we had no solid waste, solid waste came out. All in all we needed beds at our family cabin and this trailer served that purpose.

Ryan was quick to respond and very helpful. Trailer was great.

Had a couple small issues on return but otherwise every thing went well
