Adam asked to take the RV the night before his booking and I agreed (no charge), I also agreed to let him bring the unit back 2 1/2 hours late. He brought the unit back 6 1/2 hours after the usual drop off time. Many things missing (which he did drop off the next day), a couple of minor damages (which he told me about) and a missing cigarette charger (replaced with one that didn’t work). He knew I had a scheduled appointment for a minor repair, it was cancelled as the dealership was closed by the time he returned. As was my birthday dinner, the restaurant couldn’t accommodate us for a later time. Late fees are usually $50 for each hour late. He was angry with me for charging a late fee for 1 hour.
