About Marc-Alexandre

We finished up a long weekend camping trip to Mastigouche with the Ameri-Lite with Marc and we cannot possibly say enough good things about Marc, the camper, the experience, and the weekend. Let's start from the top. First and foremost, Marc was extremely communicative the entire way, very helpful, and adaptive to our needs. He speaks both French and English brilliantly and talks with a sense of humor and a well-informed understanding of your needs as a trailer camper. He wrapped his schedule around ours and made it very easy to come and pick up the trailer. When we grabbed the camper, he took ample time to walk me around the trailer, explain everything until I had a full understanding, unhook and hook up the trailer (to include teaching me how the anti-sway, etc. worked), and give me all his tips and pointers on how to safely get from where we were to where we needed to be (without being overbearing). Marc additionally included tons of goodies with the camper, allowing us to have all the creature comforts we needed. Things like a hammock, axes and tools, a powerdrill for the levers, chairs, kitchenware and cookery, n inflatable raft with paddles, an area carpet for outdoors, lots of solar lighting for the outside, dog leashes and stakes, a mosquito net, even cleaning supplies and a solar panel to keep the lights on... far exceeded our expectations and we had an absolutely fantastic time because of it. For the return, we were a bit late, and Marc fully understood and held no grudge against us for it. He, again, took the time to talk to us and ask how the trip went, spent some time to pet our dog, and unhooked / reset the RV back to a storage configuration by himself while we comfortably transferred our belongings from the RV into our car. All-in-all, we cannot recommend Marc enough. Turned out to be one of the most needed and relaxing weekends we've had in years and years. Thanks!

Nous avons loué la roulotte de Marc-Alexandre pour 2 adultes et un gros chien, c’était vraiment parfait pour notre semaine de vacance. La roulotte est en bon état et très bien entretenu ainsi que parfaitement équipée. Marc-Alexandre a été disponible et a vraiment pris le temps de tout nous expliquer en détail étant donné que c’était notre premier voyage en caravane. Je recommande la location de cette roulotte sans aucune hésitation.
