About Stephanie

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful and communicated with us at all times. The RV had some issues, which Stephanie tried to handle, but the vehicle is old and in need of some repair. I dont want to go into detail, but I believe the vehicle has gone into a repair shop to fix some of its issues.

Stephanie was very responsive to our questions throughout the trip. The RV is older and there were a few minor issues under repair. The fridge worked very well and was quiet. We could not get the stairs to the unit up or down, they seemed to be jammed. While a stool for access was provided it was quite precarious for me, as I currently have an injury. I wish I had known the stair issue in advance so we could prepare for it.

Steph, has been amazing, so helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure our trip went smoothly. Answered any questions we had. Will definitely book through her again when we are back in Canada. The RV has everything you need, in great working condition. Love our experience on the road, thanks Steph
