Another awesome Easter week renting from Claire. She always has everything set up so great for us and makes arrival and check out simple. We can't wait to come back next year and rent from Claire for year #4!

This is the second time we have rented a travel trailer from Claire and Abraham and it was great! The trailer was clean and stocked with plenty of extra towels and blankets. The trailer was delivered to our site and ready to go when we arrived. There was a small issue with a battery, but it was solved in less than 30 minutes from the time we called Claire. We have already booked again for our next family vacation and we can't wait!

We had a great time! We paid extra to have the RV delivered and picked up. Claire and Abraham walked us through all the features. It was easy and fun. We will definitely rent from them again!

I enjoyed my experience and Claire was great. Everything was set up and ready to go when I arrived. The few questions I had, were responded to promptly. It was great to have a different setting to work remote. Thank you again Claire.

Abraham and Claire are a great couple with which to do business. Both genuinely friendly, nice and considerate. Had a little issue with one of the RVs, but it was taken care of promptly, professionally and with a great attitude. Would definitely rent from them again.

I would give a “0” if it allowed me to! I had the worse renter experience with Claire this last weekend. She accepted my booking at Lopez Lake and refused to bring her trailer to me. Initially, she stated she attempted to reliever the trailer but informed me she wasn’t able to deliver trailer and I needed to connect with Lopez Lake rangers. Fast forward, I gave her 2 other sites to deliver trailer to per her request and Friday night she stated she took her trailer back to the storage and would not be out til the following day after 8a when storage opened I immediately filed a complaint/dispute with RVezy due to me left camping without a trailer. I had to purchase air mattresses for the night since my family and I were already there. Claire refused to give me a refund until RVezy was able to do some negotiating with her and she agreed to paying me the 2 nights at $150/night in addition to some other comps. I have been disputing the remainder of $306 paid for delivery (to/from), cleaning, etc. as there isn’t anything I could have done better to avoid this situation. This ended up being the trip ever and experience. I do not recommend Claire as a host for your traveling needs, she is not an honest person, & proved her integrity to me. RVezy has suggested I take this up with Claire for the remainder refund. This was my 1st time doing business with RVezy and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
