Harvey T.Aug 2023Great experience with Matthew, who went the extra mile to ensure efficiency in setup and teardown. As first timers, watching the video was very helpful, as was the provision of the laminated instruction sheet. The unit was clean and the bed was comfy! - 5.0JSJennifer S.Aug 2023Mathew was friendly and informative. The video he shares on how to set up and take down the trailer was accurate and descriptive.

Tony M.Aug 2022This was my first time renting a Tent Trailer on RVezy and the level of service Matthew provided was above an beyond. He provided simple instructions to help with the setup and take-down of the unit, and even went out of his way to help me troubleshoot an issue I had on my end. The unit was clean and comfortable and came with all the amenities we needed to make for a very enjoyable camping experience with my family. Would defiantly deal with again in the future and would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a lightweight RV that can be pulled by just about anything. - 5.0STScott T.Jul 2022If you like foolproof instructions and helpful service, Matthew is for you. We had a small issue (which turned out to be easily corrected) and Matthew went out of his way to help troubleshoot over text. Very recommended for anyone new to tent trailers!
