Tom was a fantastic host. He was very informative on how to operate the trailer and was available if we needed assistance at any time. He was commucative and took the time to message us to make sure we arrived safely and asked if we needed assistance with anything regarding the trailer. This could not have been better. The trailer ( caravan to me:-) ) was just excellent, and the service offered by Tom could NOT have been better. The appliances all worked flawlessly, the trailer was in great condition ( like new! ) , and we had a great experience with it. Tom delivered early AM, and although we had to leave before pickup, the communication with Tom was excellent, and we were able to focus our weekend on enjoying outselves in our mobile home from home. Host was a lovely guy really made sure that i was comfortable before leaving and went through all that was needed. Trailer was great, big enough for myself my wife and our 4 children, only regret was that we didn't go for longer.

Tom was simply fantastic. We had the RV delivered and picked up and Tom was very helpful in setting up the trailer and showing us the RV’s features. Tom was extremely pleasant and accommodating throughout the whole process despite us experiencing some weather delays and even checked in with us during our stay. The RV itself was perfect for a girls’ weekend with four adults. We we highly recommend both this RV and Tom.
