It was an absolute necessity to have Kaitlyn meet at the NASCAR check-in, and she was there waiting for me, presented the validations, and led me right to the spot for delivery, coordinated moving the neighbors vehicles out of the way for an easier back in, and was great at communication during the entire stay. Looking forward to next time!
