About Madison

Madison was great communicating back and forth while we were booking a site at Arrowhead Provincial Park for delivery. We didn't know that our site was going to be difficult to back a trailer in when Madison was delivering it and the awning got damaged, so unfortunately we couldn't use it during our stay. Madison was very professional with dealing with the damage directly with the insurance company and we didn't have to worry about anything. The trailer itself was great for our family of four (3 y/o and 1 y/o). It was beautiful and tastefully decorated, and well stocked with all the essentials we needed. Our daughter loved the kid's books and activities. Definitely glad we had AC and heat as the temperatures were all over the place. There were some minor issues with cleanliness (some dishes still had food on them from previous renters and the fridge had moisture in it which created some mold on the door and shelves). Otherwise Madison's trailer was great and cozy for our family vacation. All you need to bring is your clothes, food, and firewood. We would rent again if we come back to Arrowhead.

The rental was exactly as shown and promised by Madison. If in need of the use of a RV in the future will rent again.
