Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this renter, one of his crew member damaged my brand new trailer, he didn’t have the access key and try to force both entrances doors and damage them, also he broke one of the Windows to access the rv, even though I told them not to do that, that I was able to take a duplicate and avoid damages, but he told me they found the key and they were able to access. At pick up he notify me of the damages and we inspected together and confirm all and make the reports.

Good renter, returned clear and no any damages,
