Owner very helpful, trailer in excellent condition, very comfortable

Jen and Lee are great hosts. The RV is in great shape and has everything that you need. All you have to bring is bedding food and your clothes. If I had any questions Lee was available 24 hrs a day. I would highly recommend Lee and Jen. Thank you guys

This was a bit of a disappointment as I rented the unit specifically because of the mention of the solar panel which was not included with the unit when we actually rented it. It was pretty critical as we did not have a serviced site where we were going. Then the propane fridge didn’t work. Lee was helpful and responsive but the reality was I was 500km away. So not the experience or amenities I had hoped for for my rental experience.

We had a great time in Pinehearst Conservation Area in Ontario, Canada. 10 nights in June, 2022. Great rv, there was nothing we needed. Lee was always available by text if we had a question, and sorted us out quickly. A very responsive owner. Although we always bring all of our own dishes and supplies, the rv is well kitted out and a person could just bring bedding, towels and their food and they would have a great holiday. The kitchen layout is really good, we even baked garlic bread in the oven! Every amenity listed on the trailer was in perfect working order. We even used the furnace one night, and the air conditioner on a very hot evening. Windows and screens slide open beautifully, no holes or missing screens. We especially enjoyed having 2 entrance doors! There were camping games packed into the storage area under the rv, and "inside" games like cribbage, jenga, cards, childrens small toys. The primary step into the rv is a large, stable pull down unit with wide, deep steps and a sturdy handrail. It was easy to go in and out with food and feel safe and secure. The main bedroom had a foam topper that made it super comfortable to sleep on. There was enough storage with 2 wardrobes on each side, plus an overhead cupboard. At the back end of the rv are 2 queen size bunks. Though a bit shorter than a regular queen bed, the lower bunk could easily sleep an adult or 2-3 small children. The upper bunk is the same size, but not as much headroom so best suited for children. The 3-piece bath is quite spacious for an rv. There is a mini tub with hand-held sprayer for shower, or bathing children. We would recommend Lee and his RV wholeheartedly. The experience was wonderful. Looking forward to another holiday in September!

Lee & Jen are great hosts. The trailer was clean the bed was comfortable and they thought of all the necessities that would provide a great camping experience.
