About Lisa

Lisa and her family are very friendly and easy to communicate with. There was a hiccup during return of the vehicle but she promptly offered to pay another night. Luckily, I was able to accommodate and only charged her a nominal fee. A few little things were missing--bumper cap for sewer hose, some USB cables (easily mistaken) and a bolt that may have fallen off the awning. All easily replaceable. The RV came back without damage but it required a good scrubbing--nothing that would require imposing an additional cleaning fee--as well as top of fresh water and gas.
