Very disrespectful. Originally had a 10am pick up. Wasn't able to make it and we arranged to have it delivered to him at 5pm that day instead. Even though drop off time was supposed to be set between 1pm and 2pm, renter asked if he could return between 2pm and 3pm. I agreed, however he didn't bring it back until 5pm and damaged the refrigerator crisper glass cover.
