I went in a family road trip from Moreno Valley Ca. Thanks to Jason for the flexibility on the hours understanding I was driving from 6 1/2 hours away to pick up the trailer and from there driving another 2 1/2 hours more up to Corning Ca very recommended

Everything was great. Communication with Jason was easy and the trailer was very nice.

Jason was great along with the trailer. He showed us how to set it up and use the trailer. We had a lot of fun with the time we had with it. Thanks again

Having never rented a trailer before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The trailer was perfect size for my husband and I. Jason was great to work with. Very responsive beforehand and checked on us during our stay. I would definitely recommend Jason and this company.

Overall, we had a great experience using this trailer. The owner was super communicative and explained everything really well. The rv was very nice and clean as well. However, there were a few problems that we noticed once we arrived to our camping location. When we first turned on the water pump, it kept going off as if there was water running and we found out that there is a leaking pipe under the wheel. So we would have to turn off the water pump when we were not using it and turn it back on again to avoid the pump noise as well as extra leakage. Which was inconvenient. Another issue we noticed was that the water heater wasn’t working. So we had no access to hot water unless we boiled it in a stove. Which can be pretty hard with kids specially in colder locations. But I wouldn’t say that that is the owners fault I understand these things can go unnoticed.

Jason is great to respond quickly! He answers any questions you might have immediately and is accommodating. However, BEWARE of additional fees! $105 per night sounds great but there are several additional fees. We paid more in additional fees than we did in per night charges. It's a rip off!! I had friends that used a different RV rental company a few years ago and said it was not like this. It depends on what your expectation is. We are used to our own trailer (we chose not haul it from Tennessee for this trip) being fully loaded. I knew that would not be the case here, but I was surprised to find we should have brought our own camp box with all the amenities for the kitchen. FYI: no coffee pot in the trailer. I guess I should have asked more questions. We had issues with the battery and borrowed our friends generator (to avoid the $75 fee for generator use)for the weekend to keep the battery charged. We had the RV for 4 nights, the total 1,067.96. That is no deal. We would have paid the same price to haul our trailer cross country. I will end with lesson learned. There will probably not be a next time but if on some off chance there is I will check out ALL of my options.
